I recently turned to Afremov's studio for help. I wanted to buy an artist's painting for a long time, but I didn't know how to do it. Studio prompted, helped to choose and make a purchase, thanks to the staff.

Definitely false adverting and liars!
After my first review, Afremov studio promised me to ship the right COA.
More than 2 months after, nothing arrived. No COA.
It seems like I bought an original hand painted by Afremov himself (as it was written on the website) and I received a copy from Afremov Studio...
If you want to buy a painting by Afremov, beware of the dubious and misleading practices of his right owners!

I ordered a reproduction painted by Leonid Afremov. The painting is absolutely wonderful. And I do love it.
However the 2 stars are due to the fact that the certificate of authenticity is absolutely not mentioning the fact that the painting is a reproduction made by Leonid Afremov himself even if it is clearly mentioned on your website and on Artmajeur.com : “Hand painted by Leonid Afremov” or “recreation made by Leonid Afremov in person”.
So there are two options : this painting is absolutely not painted by Leonid Afremov in person so it is false advertising or this panting is actually done by Leonid Afremov in person and in this case the certificate of authenticity is not mentioning that important point and should be modified.

I have written a message to the customer service, so fare, no answer.

I will modify my review in case I get an answer from Afremov.com.

I especially liked the painting «Stroll in an autumn rainy park». The painting is performed in a modern style. All the collectors who prefer modern art will appreciate it. The painting is done in green and yellow colours.

I wanted to thank you for the help and the beautiful paintings that I have received. The price was so good and the painting so pretty that even though I do not have a place for them all I wanted to have them to change out once in a while. Thanks for reaching out to me with this deal. My first and second orders came very quickly and it is easy to see that the quality of these paintings is very good. I give this website and artwork my highest recommendation. If anyone lives close to Moses Lake, Wa, you are welcome to come to my office to see the art displayed for all my patients to see. I would recommend having the paintings done as a museum wrap by this group as they are done well and are cheaper than say hobby lobby.

I just love Afremov's work. One of my favorite paintings that I have long dreamed of buying is SISTERS. Reminds me of my girls. I recently received my order, I'm just happy, a very beautiful painting, bright, joyful!

Had a horrible experience with the website - first of all, the artwork we received looked nothing like the picture on the website. It was a poor quality reproduction with colors and brush-strokes that were completely different. We used the return label provided by Afremov.com to send back the painting two months ago, and have since then been following up with Afremov.com for a return but to no avail. Every time we receive a response that the return will be processed shortly, but we are still waiting. Very frustrating experience.

My favorite painting is Little Kitten as if it was written of by me and my cat) As soon as I saw it, I immediately bought it. Just an incredible similarity. And up close, the painting is somehow interesting, magical, it blows with warmth.

Afremov's paintings are each with their own mood, each as if alive. Because of this, I fell in love with them. When I found out that you can buy paintings in the studio, I was very happy. Thanks to the studio staff for their help. After all, the paintings are very far away, but they arrive perfectly.

I am very glad that I once learned about such an artist as Afremov and about his studio. It's just cool that there is such a place that continues to carry the artist talent and give it to people, and we can buy paintings quite inexpensively.

It was very regretful to learn the news about the artist Afremov's death. I have two of his painings at my summer house. They radiate a specific warmth. But I am happy to hear that the artist's children decided to continue his work.

My friends gave me two paintings by Afremov for the new year. It was very unexpected for me to receive such a gift. To be honest, I was happy. It is unusual, pleasant, beautiful. It's always a pity for me to spend money on something like this, but I looked at the website - the prices are reasonable!

I love Afremov's work very much. I purchased the paintings Mysterious Rain Princess and the Aura of Autumn triplex. No one can write rain like that anymore, it's incredible!

Before, I did not always know what would be better to give to my loved ones, but now I have given almost every friend a painting of Afremov. And what? After all, it is picturesque and very inexpensive.

When I first received such a painting, I considered the artist's strokes for a very long time. Very unusual and amusing. It looks expensive. It's great that there are such talents.

Absolutely terrible experience, I ordered 2 paintings at $150 each and what I received was 2 pathetic attempts at replicas of the paintings, I tried to get a refund but they sent a ups form for the return and it was difficult to arrange since I am in Australia. After a while of organizing postage, I contacted them to send another packing slip but they did not respond so now I can't get a refund.

Update: I have received a full refund but not the email with return labels so I still am unable to send them back

This is not the first time we are taking orders on Afremov's website. Another day we received the original Orange Path painting, written in such warm, soulful colors. It looks very cool in our living room by the fireplace.

If I could give this review no stars I would! I paid for what turned out to be a shoddy, poorly painted interpretation of a Leonid Afremov painting! It was ludicrously bad. I should have gone on to Amazon and bought a cheap canvas version. As I live in Northern Ireland I will have to pay so much to return the painting that it’s not worth my while! My 6 year old grandson could have painted the figure in the painting better! It was clumsy and so childlike! The colours, the reflection, every aspect of this painting was so amateurish! It lacks detail and any finesse! I am disgusted! I wish I could share images. If I could... no one would purchase! The complaints procedure was straightforward but due to various requests for emails and photographs to corroborate my complaints, and a spell of illness on my part, I missed the free return date, even though I complained immediately. This painting I received tarnishes the legacy of Leonid Afremov and is an embarrassment to his beautiful work! I’m so disappointed!
Since posting I must say the Afremov Company have gone out of their way to rectify this matter. They have supplied me with free postage through UPS. Since that is problematic from NI, they have refunded me my payment already. I fully appreciate this response. I was disappointed because I love the work of Leonid Afremov so much! It’s amazing. So beautiful. I think I got unlucky as many people seem to have had very good experiences with the works they received. Thanks to those at Afremov who responded to me. I appreciate your help.

Excellent experience. Recreations have beautiful colors. The customer service also is very professional and helpful.

Always great offers. I often go to the website of the Afremov studio and admire the art. I recently purchased a set of 6 paintings by Giclee for just $200. Very beautiful!

I was really excited about getting a replica of Bewitched. I thought it was a beautiful painting and understood it was a replica when I ordered it. However, I was very disappointed. I think it is a poorly done replica, the original painting looks more yellow, however, this one looks more orange. Also, some of the details of the painting aren't the same. The replica doesn't have as many defined street lights, the head on the person looks different than the original. The painting itself, not as a replica, is fine but I was disappointed they didn't do a great job of actually replicating the painting. I made the mistake of not opening it and looking at it before taking it to a place to get the canvas stretched. So it was too late to return it. It's still beautiful but I still have a bit of disappointment about the whole thing.
