Terrible! The customer support is not answering me. Please don't buy from this website

This is a SCAM! Ordered and orders never received. No way to contact anybody. Updates are just ‘shipment underway’, and the status is the same forever. AVOID!

I ordered from this website and NEVER received any product. It's a SCAM please avoid this website. No refund 120 euros gone and they don't reply to emails and no phone number to call.

1. No customer service
2. Order never delivered, but my cash taken.
3. I asked for refund two times, no response.

To avoid at all costs using this site!

Notice of 12/13/2025:
“Product ordered for almost 1 month. I still don't receive anything. After several letters sent to the customer service address, no reaction. This is the first time I order on this site and this is the last”.

Today on 12/31/2025 I come back here to take stock of my order made on 11/22/2025. Following the publication of my customer review of 12/13/2025, I immediately received an email from AfriEssence telling me that they canceled my order without refunding me my €59.90. Anything... if they do it to a hundred people without customer reaction, they will make their best turnover without delivering our products. It's worse than a scam. I'm still waiting for my refund. I worked to have this money and not to give it to you for free.

Conclusion: This site is not reliable at all

I Hope you do speak English, I don’t speak dutch. I ordered 3 items, received 1, asked for your sending the missing items, and you confirmed that you will send the 2 missing items. It was more than a month ago, I am still waiting, sent you a new mail to know when I was supposed to get the items I paid for.No answer. I don’t congratulate you upon your attitude, you should be ashamed of your bad treatment of customers. I Hope you will soon react and send the items rapidly.

Order 11231503415! Regarding this order, I only received 4 out of 10 products! I only received the 4 hand soaps! Where are the other items? In another package? I need a clarification! Only 4 hand soaps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are a scam site!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have sent dozens of emails without receiving any response.

SCAM ALERT!!
You want to know why they claimed the profile and changed their name to a "." so it won't be recognized? well the company is a scam!!!!
I bought a product from them on
Aug 20, 2024, 9:02 AM and till now they have not delivered the product with no communication.
They are a very big scam, if you don't want to lose your money don't purchase from this site!!!!!

I placed an order on December 6, 2024, for two items, with a stated delivery - 5 days. However, after multiple follow-ups, I only received one (!) item in 18 days. Despite several emails, I have received no response regarding the missing item or a refund.

I purchased some cosmetics on this website and within one month they were not shipped to me. I have sent several emails but I did not get any reply. In this situation I need to arrange lawyers from my insurance company as lucky I was insured for such case. I totally do not recommend to buy there as it is not reliable shop.

Ordered something on 16 January, emailed them several times, never heard back. Super annoyed. And now reading through the reviews that other people posted, it seems as though this company is a scammer and I really hope I get refunded.

It`s a pure scam.
To begin with, it took like 30-40 days after payment to hear back, and it turns out this website is simply dropshipping. I recommend everyone to buy directly from the product owner instead.

I ordered 2 products and just one of them arrived. After multiple follow ups AfriEssence "Support" who apparently is a one-man-army, stopped replying, and I never heard back or saw the product I paid for.
There you go, 50 Euros stolen.

Total scam. I waited for almost 2 months for my product, and it never arrived. After sending hundreds of emails, they responded that I had to wait. Then they cancelled the order, and after 1 month, I haven't received the refund!!! Worst experience ever

They don't answer by email, they lie in the expected delivery timelines and don't return the money. A month has passed since I told them to cancel my order after the item that "will be delivered in 1 day" wasn't delivered in two weeks, and I still haven't got my money back. They don't reply by email at all or do this once a week.

Didn’t receive anything. Nobody answer to emails.
