After many attempts of contacting the Ultalish team we finally succeeded!
The company is a reliable and real website that were just overloaded during the holiday period. They understand the client has no fault in this and all clients are entitled to an email back. Spoke to the owner and she assured the team will take the feedback and improve their customer service & experience for the best. And I honestly believe it on my heart that Ultalish has a bright future, solemnly because they are willing to constantly improve their ways of working.
