No delivery and poor customer service
Placed order 20 May, still waiting for it to ship (27 May) or have an update from customer service. Its a real shame, as my first order went well, but second order has had a catalogue of errors and lacking support from customer service team. Great product severely let down by poor customer care.

I thought the time from ordering the socks and receiving them was too long, considering I live in the same County as Afropopsocks. The product it self is top.

Only received half of my order
Only received half of my order, when finally admitted they had messed up and would send the rest of the order, more than two weeks later there is no sign of it.
A real shame about the poor customer service because the socks are brilliant.

We have your replacement package ready to be shipped out to you, and have already provided a complimentary partial refund on the order for the delay. You should have received the refund notification yesterday, but I see that our customer service had not yet emailed directly to explain this. Please be assured that the remainder of your order is still in process and will be completed early next week. Good value for money. Bought kids and adults socks in the sale. The designs are great and comfy. My kids always gravitate to their Afropopsocks now instead of the generic store ones.
