Beautiful sock, comfortable and warm. I purchased 6 pairs of socks, I only have two pair, family love them and took all the rest. I am really wary of purchasing any more.

Very disappointing customer service……
Very disappointing customer service… ordered 10 mystery socks box and received two identical pairs of socks. Emailed them well over a week ago (sat 25th nov) and still not had an email back. It’s a real shame because I love their socks!

Really fantastic socks. Great designs, fab colours, lovely cotton rich material, well priced, and very comfy to wear. Delivery is timely too. Also customer service is excellent: I was delighted to get a message from the founder (yep, the man himself) when I had a query.

No communication
No communication, socks were out of stock but still took the money . Emailed them and I was told they were on the website as awaiting stock , but had the blue . Ok I said send them . Still waiting for an email or anything to say they are in the way ….. so 3-4 days delivery isn’t the truth , 8 days in and nothing
