Dan staat de container er de volgende werkdag al. Je ziet direct welke container je nodig hebt, wat ‘ie kost én wat er allemaal in mag. En de eerste 8 weken huur je ‘m zonder extra kosten. Met duidelijke communicatie, betrouwbare service en een gebruiksvriendelijke website zorgen wij dat jij snel door kunt met je klus. Container vol? Dan komen we ‘m gewoon omwisselen. Van bouw- en sloopafval tot snoeiafval en huisraad – wat je ook wilt afvoeren: bij Afval.nl is het geregeld. Das mooi meegenomen!

Review of Afval.nl – Extremely Disappointing Experience

Our experience with Afval.nl has been nothing short of frustrating and deeply disappointing. As a frequent B2B customer who placed regular orders, we expected a basic level of professionalism and transparency — unfortunately, Afval.nl failed on both counts.

The customer support was shockingly harsh and unhelpful. Instead of assisting us constructively with a payment issue, we were met with aggressive and threatening language. This approach is completely unacceptable in any business relationship, let alone one with a regular client.

Furthermore, the lack of transparency in their accounting and billing process raised serious concerns. When we requested clarification and account details, our access was blocked, and we were flatly refused the information. Such practices are not only unprofessional but raise questions about the integrity of their operations.

Due to this deeply negative experience, we have chosen to stop all services with Afval.nl. There are many other service providers in the market who offer far better customer service, clearer communication, and a far more respectful approach to their clients.

We strongly advise other businesses to consider alternative providers before engaging with Afval.nl.
