Very poor service. I understood that soil could be included with green waste, but Bouwbakkie’s rule was that soil was accepted only in a container. This wasn’t made clear to me upfront.

When the collection was due, they left the soil at my home instead of taking it, then charged me an €85 wasted-trip fee. I had to arrange another company to collect the soil, and they charged me €60 for doing the job completely, funny that they charge 85 as penalty and refuse to take it.

Being charged €85 for a collection that didn’t happen, without clear warning beforehand, is unreasonable. I would not use Bouwbakkie again.

Worst experience ever.
They keep promising me that they will pick up the container today, then tomorrow, then Monday etc. If you don't come, don't promise.
Now my all materials are coming but we don't have enough space to them because the yard is full of containers.

Worst experience ever. They are not reliable at all on the times for deliveries or pickups. They delayed our delivery by a week since the driver was not in the area. The call service just hanged up on me. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible customer service. I been trying to return the container for many days every day that i call they give a different date.Keep postpone the collection.

I have called several times for pick up and no answer. My pick up date was 2nd april and the container isn’t picked up till now. I agreed with my neighbor that it will be gone. Now this is causing me problem. This was unprofessional on your side.
