As a first time buyer, there's lots that can be daunting about going through the process but from start to finish Amanda was absolutely brilliant in making sure that I had all the information I needed. We've had 2 mortgages through AGA now. With very little understanding of how to go about applying for a mortgage and my husband being self-employed, Alex is always so helpful in cutting through all of the formalities and helping us to decide which mortgage would be best for us. The online platform/questionnaire is modern, intuitive, user-friendly etc. Extremely satisfied and will recommend to friends.

Alex was an absolute star throughout. He worked incredibly hard to secure my mortgage deal - even getting the rate reduced before I completed. He worked in challenging circumstances and with a challenging market, but he always kept an eye out for the best deal and came up with solutions to any difficulties. He never gave up (even when I was ready to), was incredibly knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout. I always felt like he was very much on my side and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
