OneAssist & Agaro: Worst Experience Ever. Total Waste of Money
I bought Agaro coffee machine last year 2024, and the product quality is absolutely pathetic. It doesn’t even form proper foam — the basic thing a coffee machine should do! The machine is badly built, inconsistent, and nowhere close to what they promise while selling.
To make things worse, the extended guarantee from OneAssist is a complete scam. They lure you with sweet talk at the time of purchase, but when you actually need support, they simply say, “This is not covered under our policy.”
Whatever money you pay for their extended guarantee is totally gone — you will get nothing in return. Their entire system feels designed to fool customers and avoid claims.
Overall, both the product and the insurance are a waste of hard-earned money. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Agaro and OneAssist. Terrible experience!
