They just dumped their packing materials at my new location and did not clear it even after multiple requests and complaints. The packing workers demanded a huge amount as a tip after the packing, and I had no option other than giving it, as my properties were in their custody.

The team was able to support us with international shipping at short notice and arrange packing and pick up quickly. We have used their services twice now and found them reliable and professional both times. Our only issue was that online tracking did not work, but Deepa our move coordinator stepped in and provided regular updates after we raised this point.

I had used APML 20 years ago and it was a poor experience when they broke a piece of furniture. Today I thought theyvhave improved but their customer experience is appalling, highly unresponsive. So I took my business elsewhere. With this attitude and customer experience the will be runover by new age players who are super customer focussed

I was amazed by the promptness and efficiency with which the entire process - from packing to loading to custom clearance to unloading and unpacking- was completed. I was kept informed of each stage beforehand and for that I will in particular mention Punit who was polite and ever responsive to all my concerns.

I moved my house from Singapore to Gurgaon with the help Agarwal Packers and Movers.
The Packing done in Singapore was very high quality. The goods arrived in a reasonable timeframe. There was no damage to my stuff and things arrived in their original condition.
The team at Agarwal Packers was very helpful and in full communication throughout this process starting from Quote generation, Explanation of process, Custom clearence and arrival and finally setting up things back in Gurgaon.
Very professionally done. Special thanks to Mr. Yash who helped me pick this company over other options and inspired confidence. Ms. Tanishka who helped with various processes and billing’s and Mr. Punit who helped clear my goods at customs in Delhi and explained the arrival process in great detail along with timelines including last mile delivery.

Good and professional service. The goods were very well packed and all items delivered safely without any breakage / loss. The delivery was also very swift to Dubai.

I had a shipment sent from Delhi to the US. Agarwal packers and movers were efficient, timely and professional in getting the job done. They kept me updated every step of the way. I would recommend this company without any reservation.

Though there was some I initial confusion, things were handled well. Deepa was very helpful in keeping us updated. She was very pleasant to deal with. Always very helpful

Recently we have shifted our household from Madurai to Coimbatore. The Branch Manager of Madurai visited my house and gave a quotation. As per the plan, their staff came on time and packed the goods very nice. The same was delivered to me next day morning as promised. No damage at all. The staff are well trained in packing and handling. They were very courteous! When there was a small issue with Mr Ashish of Coimbatore Madurai Branch Manager intervened timely and solved the issue. They charged very reasonable! Keep it up APML!

Recently engaged APML for overseas shipment of personal effects, and despite the service being on the pricier side, it was well worth it. The team was highly organized from start to finish, with seamless communication that kept us updated every step of the way. Their packing was exceptionally thorough and professional everything arrived in perfect condition. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free, and was within the timelines mentioned. The one improvement they can consider is to be the single point of contact for the shipment rather than having to liaise separately and deal with their agents in the destination country, and dealing with customs and warehousing fees. It would just make the process more seamless and efficient. However, I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a premium, hassle-free moving service.

Approximately two weeks ago I organised with Agarwal to ship my Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350cc motorcycle from Rishikesh to a destination in North Goa, a small village called Keri/Querim.
I was quoted 15,000 Rupees which I agreed upon. I dealt with an employee at the Dehradun branch by the name of 'Aman.'
I had mentioned to him several times that the bike must go 'door to door (to the exact address I supplied)' and was assured this would be honoured and that was their practice and commitment. The reason I reiterated the importance of this several times is because two months prior my friend had used a company to ship our bikes from the Goa destination to Pushkar in Rajasthan and it was also meant (and paid for) to be shipped door to door. However, they dropped both bikes off at their local depot in Ajmer and we had to collect them at our expense.
It turns out this company Agrawal are the company I hired to ship my bike back to Goa from Rishikesh.
Well, they have just delivered my bike to Colva in Goa at another of their depots approximately 80 km South from the destination I paid for and left it there despite me paying for 'door to door' delivery (And I have a receipt stating this).
Prior to this I had great communication with Aman at Agrawal but of course now my messages are not read and they won't answer the phone to me.
Now, again, I have to pay more money and time to collect my bike from the incorrect and not agreed upon destination!!!
Agrawal appear to take zero accountability for this, offer zero partial refunds and once they've taken your money they appear to refuse contact with you.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I have only given a 2 star review and not a 1 star review because at the very least my motorcycle arrived in the correct state of India.
Very very disappointed!

The whole process of sending an international package with this company has been a nightmare. People are very unorganised and have no idea what's happening. Had to call them for 1 whole month to get details of my package after multiple follow ups came to know they never even estimated my package after pickup.
Although people where prompt in answering questions the work never happened.
I got invoice of someone else's package sent to me but till date i didn't recive my invoice for the package I have sent.
On top of this they charged me a bomb for sending the package.
Would never ever take their service again or recommend thier service to anyone.

Worst services and all fraud activity, during booking they take advance payment and on pickup date they called me suddenly and increase the price, on 1st cosigment I was thinking may be this is some genune concern or mistake but I realized it happens with me many time on every booking , this look like they have strategy to blackmail the customer at last movement because if you are sifting somthing and on pick up ate you are helpless - they take very bad advantage of that, I was never expecting this from Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. erven after paying premium charges they do like this - be careful

I booked my goods shifting from Mumbai to Nagpur with AMPL. , (GCMUM252602652) by dedicated vehicle. They loaded my goods on 13/06/2025, and I put my seal on the luggage. On 15/06/2025, when the tempo reached at my home at Nagpur, I found that the seal was changed that goods were also shuffled. When I inquired they told me that they broke the seal and loaded some other persons goods in the same tempo, despite the fact that they charged me Rs. 54,000/- for moving my goods through dedicated vehicles. I called so many times to customers care of AMPL they used to put my call on hold for indefinite time and they never reconnect me to anyone. I was literally harassed by AMPL and they told me that do what ever you want.

We contacted APML for transporting our household items to Nepal from Bangalore. Every process was professionally undertaken. Satyajeet kant singh, BDM, was our initial contact who executed the initial processes very efficiently. Metupalli Arun and team were very helpful in keeping us informed about the location of the truck. We have had a very good experience with APML and I highly recommend them

Overall a good experience but there are some areas for improvement. Time taken was 4 months from India to US which is longer than expected. Some staff members like Pranali Lad of the Mumbai office are outstanding and very helpful and professional. The items were well packaged and reached intact but a painting in a crate got mold or fungus. Some custom forms were outdated and we had to fill them again when shipment reached US. The support from the US agent Adam Spear was excellent. Given that it takes so long, it is helpful to receive updates on the progress so one can be more realistic.

Everything was great..starting from understanding my requirements, to guiding me through the process,. Clear calculation of charges,..correct evaluation and assessment. Punctual and careful in packing. Proper documentation and labeling. On time update. Special thanks to Satyajeet and Arun for helping way out of their duties. I would recommend everyone at Bangalore to use this team of this company.

The sevices of Agarwal Packers and movers Ltd for packing and forwarding of my personal effects from Delhi to Ouagadougou ( Burkina Faso) were found exemplary. APML has very professional team. Special thanks to Mr. Yash Bhardwaj who handled my consignment smoothly and meticulously. He kept me informed about status of my consignment from time to time. APML has good partnership with professional team in Burkina Faso as well which did marvellous service in clearing ,delivery of consignment at my residence and unpacking of the stuff.

Thanks for helping with last my delivery of shipment from Australia. Thanks to Puneet Sawariya who stood out in customer service.
