Vighnesh and team have been amazing and have helped us ship our stuff to Sydney very convinently. Their local team also helped us ship our stuff my local hometown. It was all managed and delivered in a very professional manner; APML has become my go to packer and mover after this experience! Thanks team! :)

I have approached Agarawal Packers and Movers Ltd for shipping from Palakollu to Abu Dhabi. Starting from providing quote to explaining the shipping process, giving honest timelines, they are very professional. Mr. Francis especially has gone above and beyond to give continuous updates to me on the packing day while I was away. Excellent service and based on the experience I had with them, I would be surely coming back to them for my next shipment.

The entire process was smooth and timely. No damage to any goods, including electronics and cutlery

We r Recurring customer for APML. Our previous experience was satisfactory & this time we were being working with Mr Prithvi Rathore for our container to be packed & moved from Delhi to Toronto. All words of appreciation for Prithvi for his very very precise planning & taking care of everything.
There was a big chaos at my home in Toronto bcoz of the Orbit company staff when container reached around 1&1/2 month late in the peak of winters . But to appreciate is how Prithvi took the matter all the way in his hands , he took each of my call even in the middle of night when he was sleeping & immediately he took the required steps to email-call Orbit manager Jacob & asked them to call back the staff creating stress & for next 5 days till everthing was properly opened placed Prithvi was in contact with me.
I would say Prithvi is a Very hardworking , committed & is a big Asset for APML. Thanks to him for everything, God bless him with a very successful happy future.

Most reliable.I was in touch with Miss Devika who was prompt , efficient, and very intelligent . From handling the quotes to answering all my queries to making sure I receive all my goods in absolute pristine condition, she did it all flawlessly.

Continuous support and availability of key contact person Sriparna through the process of packing, loading, shipping, clearances and delivery has been very endearing. Whenever we wanted to connect, there was always a positive response, which has been heartwarming.

Extremely disappointed with Agarwal Packers and Movers. It’s been over 2 weeks since my household items were delivered, and the unpacking service (which I paid full) is still pending. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no response or action. Highly unprofessional and frustrating experience. Not recommended.

I am in transferable job.So I booked apml for Varanasi for 24 April.On 23 night their supevisor Mr Mishra at jabalpur said I will not be to provide you the vehicle & he doesn't know how to talk to anyone..He is very arrogant.

Same happened with when I transport my car.They don't provide complete info about car container.Telling aaj aa jayega,Yeah pe kharab ho gaya hai what not lie they tell.

Don't book any of your household store & car with they ....Fraud company

Pune to Belgaum.. no labour were available my husband helped them as they kept crying we have no labour ...now truck has arrived Belgaum but no labour at Belgaum as well ...they took full payment plus some union charges plus bakshish as they cried we only loaded and had no extra labour .....I regret taking this service......informed by one team member from pune ph.no- 9325915170 that we can't do anything and if you wish you can give bad review we don't care .....All THANKS TO PARAMVEER FROM HUBLI BRANCH WHO HELPED US ... Truck no- MH 43 BP- 7221 - Devidas was waiting since 12.30 and kept waiting till 4.30 and also missed his another booking only due to such useless service .... Would never ever book Agarwal or DRS who claims to be the best in service ... Please don't trust ....

We booked Aggarwal movers and packer to send house hold stuff from Bangalore to Ludhiana.

Very bad experience with them. Starting from packing of material to delivery time. We had to provide our own bubble wrap to pack stuff and it took way longer to deliver the cartons.

APML charges premium over other packer and movers but service is really pathetic.

Please ignore my earlier feedback on 17th April regarding delivery of my goods from Mumbai to Singapore. Real trouble started when we started unboxing. All 16 boxes were marked as fragile, including the clothes boxes. The bigger issue is that all the packings are done using simple papers & thin wrapping sheets, which is not good enough to protect your goods if they are not handled in a proper manner. Unfortunately, my shipment faced a terrible fate. As we started unboxing, we saw heavy damage to glass/steel utensils. It also damaged an expensive showpiece. Since I have taken out insurance for this order, I raised a claim with the insurance company, which was taken through Agarwal Packers. As of now, there is no reply from the insurance company after I forced them to have a video call to see the damages. Agarwal packers have received their full money, so they are now passing this issue to the insurance company, saying that "insurance claims take time."
So beware of this company; they sound very professional, but in reality they don't live up upto their expectations. I am asking if all boxes are marked Fragile, how can such a wide spread damage happen? It clearly shows that Fragile tag means nothing to the handlers. They just need to transfer boxes from one place to another place without bothering about your goods, your emotions attached with your goods. They need money and then game of avoiding you will begin.

Specially Mr. Francis ji, an associate of the team personally followed up to move my stuffs and made it successful from Hydabad to Switzerland.

Recently utilized their services for Mumbai to Singapore relocation. I’m reasonably happy with their services. While there are small areas to improve I still feel that team under Pranali and Devika did their best to understand customer concerns and timely addressed the issues raised. I would recommend their services only because they are committed to do their best and situations like customs and international transfers are not always within their control.

Booked household movement from Gurgaon to Bengaluru on 7th Apr. Timelines committed at the time of availing services was 7 days at max. from packing to delivery door-to-door, ideally to reach on 14th April. Consignment reached Bengaluru Hub on 16th, still waiting for delivery on 17th April. Also, sent an email but no response. Pathetic services. Never ever trust them on timelines.

I caught by these 5-star reviews based on international movements. Thought, they are good with international movements which is an area requires expertise and knowledge and must be good locally in India. But, turned down as they are equally opposite of what's been in the reviews.

Their customer care team is icing on the top. They don't reply your emails. If they reply, it will be as good as giving condolences to a person who is asking insurance company to pay for the claims - "We regret the inconvenience caused to you,
In order to resolve your query / concern we request you to write us back with your Consignment number or Registered Mobile number at # customercare@agarwalpackers." Marvellous!!!!!

Relationship Manager and the Team will not not pick your call as they are super busy with fooling other customers.

You can trust on their marketing slogans which are there to fool customers with false promises and commitments on uptime delivery -

I’m writing to express my utter disappointment with the extremely poor and unprofessional experience I’ve had with the team.

I had scheduled a survey for my shifting requirement on 3rd April 2025. No one bothered to contact me. After following up myself, the Relationship Manager offered excuses and assured me that the survey would be conducted on 4th April 2025 instead. Yet again, no one showed up, and I had to chase for updates. I was finally told that the survey would be done by 5:30 PM – another false commitment.

This back-and-forth, lack of communication, and complete disregard for the customer’s time is not just frustrating, but reflects very poorly on your brand's credibility and professionalism. What was promised as a smooth process has turned into a series of excuses and delays, with zero accountability.

I had chosen Aggarwal Packers & Movers because many people recommended their services as the best in the industry. Unfortunately, my experience tells a very different story – one of incompetence, false assurances, and a total failure in customer service.

I am sharing this incident publicly on social media and review platforms to make others aware of the kind of service they can expect. I am certain I’m not the only one facing such issues, and it’s high time customers start holding them accountable.

They have not only wasted my time, but completely failed to deliver even the most basic level of professional service.

This was the second time I used APML for moving my household goods internationally. We moved our stuff from Kuala Lumpur to Lucknow. Process was smooth and we received everything in good condition as per the timeline advised during booking.
Special mention for our move coordinator Mr. Punit Sawariya who patiently cleared all our doubts, promptly updated with progress on every step and always followed up proactively on our queries.
Over all Great Experience and highly recommended.
