I ordered two items at the same time
I ordered two items at the same time, one of them turned up early (great) but the other item still hasn't arrived and is now late, so I now need to chase this.

Hi Nick, Both items were dispatched last week when you ordered but due to size differences were consigned as two separate packages. Delivery was expected on Monday. One shows as delivered the other has been delayed. Unfortunately that can happen and is out of our control. We will continue to monitor and ensure delivery is made.
