Truly appalling. Do not use this company!
I have bought a tractor mower from Agrieuro and it is the worth experience! The delivery went well but I discovered that the seat only had one single screw, so when I sat on it it moved and proved very dangerous. I requested that I was provided with the 4 missing 9mm screws. It took ages. I had to show photos, diagrams, etc before the part were ordered. It was 2 months in all. After not hearing from agrieuro, I asked where was my order, only to be told that the manufacturer provided the only one screw. Yet, on the included leaflet, the diagram clearly shows 4 screws. I was sent from pilar to post and offered a paltry token of 20e towards my inconvenience. This company has shown me a diagram of a cheaper model to justify themselves. It is truly appalling. Stay well away!

Pour clarifier votre commentaire, je pense qu'il est juste de rappeler que nous avons répondu rapidement en expliquant que le problème n'existe pas puisque le siège de votre produit n'a besoin que d'une vis centrale, (que vous avez confirmé avoir reçue).
Quant au schéma de référence du manuel, nous vous avons expliqué qu'en fait il n'est pas encore mis à jour et nous l'avons demandé au fournisseur).
Cependant, nous vous rappelons que notre vue éclatée dans la rubrique pièces détachées que vous pouvez consulter depuis votre compte est régulièrement mise à jour (le constructeur la change d'année en année).
En espérant avoir suffisamment clarifié la situation, nous restons bien entendu à votre disposition pour tout besoin.

A titolo di chiarimento è giusto ricordarle che abbiamo risposto rapidamente alla sua segnalazione, spiegandole che il problema non esiste, nel momento in cui il sedile del suo trattorino prevede solamente una vite centrale, che lei ha confermato di aver ricevuto.
Quanto al disegno nel manuale, le abbiamo spiegato che si tratta di una figura relativa alla vecchia serie, quindi è un disegno non aggiornato. Il manuale cartaceo viene inserito direttamente dal produttore, ma nella sezione ricambi di questo trattorino, che lei può consultare direttamente dal suo account, è disponibile la versione aggiornata e corrispondente alla macchina da lei ricevuta.
Sperando di aver sufficientemente chiarito la situazione, restiamo a disposizione per ogni esigenza.
Perfect customer service
My barbecue arrived with one part faulty. Customer service was fast and helpful via the on site chat. They fully understood the problem, using the manual parts list as reference, worked to source a replacement part and sent it well packaged. Things can go wrong, the best companies are those that react well when it does.

Bad service!!!
After the GeoTech DG 58 F machine was delivered I went to test it, after half an hour a vital part had already disappeared, this was reported to agri euro within 12 hours of delivery.
I got an answer that I had mounted the part incorrectly and a video clip.
I emailed back that the part was factory fitted ?
Answer: No warranty but I can order the part at my own expense.

If you are lucky the only thing that may go wrong is a very long delivery time. But if you have any issues with the product the "customer service" is really the worst I've encountered. My woodchipper came with a belt installed backwards and after 7 min. started to smoke from everywhere and shut off. Their response: 'you fix it' and also, 'we are voiding your warranty for this event'. I am speechless. This belt comes enclosed and it's not something that I installed or assembled so I have nothing to do with the issue and their response "all products are checked for quality assurance before they are shipped, so it must be your fault". I used to live in North America where there was great customer service in general, then moved to Spain and had to lower my expectations significantly, but this is a new low I had not experienced. If you plan on ever buying from this company just hope nothing goes wrong, because their customer service is non-existent

This short message is to inform you that we've just received a reply from the manufacturing industry. Please note that all the machineries are previously tested and carefully checked in the manufacturing industry before being dispatched.
All things considered and due to producer's statement and outcome, we had to exclude that the belt has been improperly assembled by the producer. By contrast, this event normally occurs whenever the units are used intensively or in case of sudden stops (and this might be also the reason of the bad smoke coming out from the equipment).
However, we've offered you our top service, authorizing the shipping of two spare belts under warranty, exceptionally as gesture of good will towards you, though we had to keep you informed that, whether you'll experience the same problem in the future, we'll not be allowed to honour the warranty any further.

By contrast, what you call "unusable item", it refers to a 5L fuel tank with a value of approx. €3.00. Therefore, both for the value of the accessory and due to the opportunity to find it out in any possible hardware store on site, we've attempted to offer you a coupon on our website (that would be certainly higher than €3.00), considering the possible hypothesis that you'd probably need spare parts for your brush cutter in the future.

Very poor experience with Agrieuro…
Very poor experience with Agrieuro customer support . I waited 20 days for a delivery and their first advice was to contact a logistics company in Germany. Nothing was ever their fault and took no responsibility for the delay and lack of information .
One of the times I contacted them they even told me it was already delivered ! The product I eventually got was good but I will never use them again due to how they treated me as a customer .

Worst customer service ever!
A brand new Lavor Rio Diesel pressure washer, defective after 4months!
4months so lets say there are 10 operational hours on the machine!
They dont care, I mis-used the machine!
All returns and repair of the 4month old machine is NOT FREE of charge!
They blatant ignore the EU-rules regarding sales/warranty!
Luckely I payed via Paypal and have buyer protection via Paypal. Amount of 450€
A word of advice DONT ever buy here machinery!!

You see many questions on the web asking if agrieuro is a scam. Yes and no.
You can order and pay on their site and mostly these are delivered quickly and efficently. BUT
If you examine the site you will find that none of the buttons for the aftersales serbice they bragg of work. Look further and you will find no email.fb or tel no and if you do try to locate these the only things outthere take you back to their website with no contact deets! tThere website claims in this respect are a lie. If your product goes wrong or you want to buy accessories. There really is no way to contact them. Buyer beware
