Avoid at all cost

Ordered a compressor from this company, on arrival it was damaged so contacted them straight away, they told me they would replace the damaged parts, 2 months later still no replacement parts so i was forced to open a paypal dispute and they still refuse to send the damaged parts. please avoid having anything to do with this company.

In response to your reply , you have had ample time to replace the damaged parts you sent.
I would not have had to open a dispute if you had sent the parts when you said you would. And now you are still refusing to send them. Your company is a disgrace, there is absolutely no reason for you to continue to refuse to ship the parts which you sent damaged.

You supplied a damaged compressor and fittings.
You agreed to replace the damaged items
Over 3 months later I have still not received the replacement parts
You are now refusing to send the replacement parts which you agreed to.
You have told lies , we will let the people who read the reviews decide for themselves.

Edit. You are liars , who doesn’t allow you to send the replacement parts to replace the damaged parts you sent in the first place ? ?

Edit. Well? Why don’t you reply. You told me you are not allowed to send me the replacement parts ,but you will not tell me who doesn’t allow you ???
You have taken my money , delivered damaged items and refuse to send me the replacements.

Good morning,

Please note that you’ve notified us about the damage on December 2nd and it was only two days later that the components have been ordered to the manufacturing industry. It took time for us to get the parts from the producer as they had to find the spare parts and dispatch them for the shipment in our warehouse (obviously, the time required by the producer cannot be overcome: please note that it could be possible that the manufacturing industry experience some delays in dispatching the parts and that is mostly true in the Christmas period). Once again, as you'd opened a Paypal claim asking to be refunded, it means that whether you would have won the claim, you would have received a full refund that is what you asked from the beginning of the Paypal claim. However, as the Paypal complaint has been sorted out in our favour you’ve started again to ask for the spare parts
However, for all the above-mentioned reasons, we were not allowed to ship the parts to you, unfortunately.

We did not refuse to send the spare parts under warranty and they were ready to be dispatched from our warehouse when we’ve been notified about the Paypal claim.
As you’ve gone through a Paypal claim asking to be refunded, were not allowed to ship the parts to you, unfortunately

Poor customer service on sub-standard product

I have bought a Stiga fingerbar mower 87B for almost €800 with Agrieuro and the service was only good as long as there was no warranty issue. First thinking that the fault (a broken fixture of the mower blade ) was just wear and tear, I ordered spare parts twice but the same problem kept happening, because it turned out to be a structural fault. 3 months after contacting Agrieuro about the warranty issue they still have not resolved the problem and I still haven't used the mower for 5 months in total. So far, the 2 year warranty has not been extented and a lot of time has passed.

Paid, but not turned up and no response

Only half order arrived. Wrong phone number in the email receipts (different company) Managed to get someone in 020 3318 5990 eventually and promised call back - didn’t get one. Tried calling next day, phone never gets answered (tried 10 times, rings and just cuts off). Emailed, sent a contact form, nothing. Will I ever see the order I paid for about 3 weeks ago? Order No. 1112840

Update; I managed to find the courier company myself and after complaining, they ‘found’ the item that they claimed they had already delivered. Very pleased with the tool itself, good quality, but after sales service was poor. Shame, it lets down their reputation

I’ve tried to reach you over the phone, but with no success, unfortunately (you’ll surely get my missed call). We’re terribly sorry for the delay caused by the Carrier company and for the partial delivery. However, I’ve followed your issue from the beginning, emailing continuously the Courier in order to get more information about the shipping status of your order. Thus, we’ve immediately notified the Carrier company that you’d actually received a single package instead of two (the shears head was missing). Unfortunately, whenever this happens, we need to get a feedback from the Courier’s depot. once checked on their warehouse before proceeding sorting out the issue depending on their feedback. Therefore, please note that whether they would not been able to find out the missing package later today at the latest, we were ready to ship you a new unit head.

I feel glad to hear from you that you could finally receive the second package. I'll remain at your complete disposal for any further information you may need. Regards

Value for money was amazing very…

Value for money was amazing very impressed with delivery time. Just a tad disappointed at the packaging,
the box got wet at some stage of the shipping, which got split, a tape repair administered. Miraculous, nothing missing and no damage. Shame because everything else was A1. Thankyou AgriEuro.

Competitive price but after sales not so good

Competitive price, easy order process and good delivery tracking information. Prompt delivery. After sales support less good. Slow to acknowledge delivery damage issues and ridiculous quibbling in which my honesty was challenged over a damaged component worth a few euros in a machine costing over €2k.

Use a French phone number when ordering for delivery in France!

I had a problem with not having a French phone number for the delivery company to use in France. So, although the AgriEuro online ordering system allowed my UK mobile number to be accepted for my order, I wouldn't recommend anyone use anything other than French.
From my understanding, the delivery company drivers always call the recipient before they deliver but they can only call French phone numbers??
However, that does not retract from the service provided by AgriEuro especially during the April lockdown or the quality of the broyeur that eventually arrived - an excellent machine!!
AgriEuro did what they could at a distance under extreme circumstances.
