My overall experience is average. I emailed a while ago about an item where the stitching randomly came out (creating an hole) and never received a response (I also followed up). I ended up having to buy the same item again costing more money. I only use them as this is the only option for my child’s school unfortunately. I would probably pick somewhere else just based on this experience if there were options but obviously I can’t!
