The inspiration behind Aiper comes from a story of a father's love for his son. In the summer of 2017, we received a letter from an old customer and friend named Jason. His son tripped on the long wire of a corded pool cleaner that he was using, fell, and struck his head He comforted his little boy and promised he'd never get hurt again. Avoid

Avoid! Pro Max failed in the first 9 months (just stopped working and stopped recharging). Had to send back to be fixed. They sent the unit back with more problems as it was unable to update critical firmware. The post-sales customer service is awful. They refuse to send a new unit (definitely can’t get a refund), and now I await the same piece of junk being sent to me for the 3rd time. Should have done better research before buying. Outrageous given the extremely high cost.

Everything was fine

Everything was fine. The Poolrobot came very well packed in two cardboards. The Robot makes a very solid and high quality impression. It could Not be tested yet, but I‘m sure it will perform great.
Only delivery time was a bit long, but easter was in between. So far, everything went well!

Thank you for your response, but I must express my disagreement with several points mentioned.
First, it is difficult to understand how the Scuba S1 is “out of stock” when it is currently listed as available on your official website with next-day delivery. This raises concerns about the accuracy and transparency of the information being provided to customers.
Second, stating that the Scuba N1 and Scuba S1 are functionally identical is simply incorrect. The unit I received (Scuba N1, 2024 version) is clearly a lower-tier model. The Scuba S1 features improved functionality, an updated navigation system, and app control capabilities — none of which are present in the N1. These are not minor differences; they significantly impact performance and user experience.
This situation gives the impression that your company is providing vague and misleading responses in order to justify sending a less expensive or potentially refurbished unit as a replacement for a product that is objectively superior.
I would appreciate a clear and honest resolution to this matter, including the option to receive the correct product originally purchased, rather than an inferior substitute.
I look forward to your prompt and transparent response.

We regret to inform you that our after-sales fulfillment warehouse operates independently of our pre-sales warehouse. We do not have the authority to transfer inventory between these facilities, nor can we utilize the stock listed on our official website to fulfill your after-sales replacement requests.
However, the Scuba N1 and Scuba S1 models are indeed functionally identical; they are simply distributed through different sales channels. The "Scuba S1 equipped with more powerful features, an upgraded navigation system, and app control capabilities"—which you mentioned—actually refers to the *Scuba S1 2025 Upgraded Version*, not the standard *Scuba S1 (2024 Version)*. These are two distinct models.

I love my airper s2 solar skimmer

I love my airper s2 solar skimmer! Best thing since sliced bread! Only thing that has kept my pesky ducks out of my pool!

I really liked the fact that they undersell the product ie: limited sun may affect the run time etc. This thing has not skipped a beat running for 16hrs a day!

A necessity for all pools

We use our robot every day to keep the pool perfect. We are surrounded by trees. Without the robot we would not be able to enjoy a clean pool at all times. We also have the robot that removes all top debris. The company stands behind their products. Very easy to use and maintain.

Failure to communicate

I purchased a Pro Max X1 and. Hydrocomm from Aiper. The thought of having a pool cleaning system that also gave me information about my pool and allowed communication with the sweeper was like WOW cool!

However, the experience is not all that.

The Pro Max X1 first off is very heavy. After that the first one stopped working about about a month and was replaced. The second on has been intermittent for the past two months. It complains about an impeller issues but there is no blockage. It stops working or sinks to the bottom of the poll requiring it to be received with a pole hook. It does not communicate with the hydrocomm well when submerged as it is supposed to.

Aiper has offered to replace it again, but I have requested a refund, especially since the unit cost more than $500 less than when I bought it 8 months ago. They offered me a $30 refund and a replacement.

The Hydrocomm first one worked for about three days. Then complained about a probe issue. The unit was finally replaced. The replacement unit has worked for about 5 months. I have questioned the stats it provides about the pool with respect to the water stats. So we took water samples to multiple pool supply companies for testing. All said our water was perfect. The hydrocomm, says it is not in good condition. Now it is complaining about a probe needing to be reseated etc just like the original unit.

I contacted Aiper on this unit as well. They offer to replace it. When I request a refund, they ignore me.

Great idea, does not work well.

Just to make everyone aware, Aiper has NEVER mentioned being outside the refund time frame. Additionally, their sales solution was to offer me $30, which is beyond an insult.

UPDATE: 4-17-2026
Aiper contacted me to replace both units. Which I have received and have place online for sale. I will not use their garbage anymore.

Oh and they emailed me and told me to stop posting. LOL Freedom or speech! Nothing I have posted is incorrect. 100% accurate.

Guarantee and warranty

The first model I bought was not working and the warranty replacement was defective. The customer service worked with me to resolve it and eventually offered me a full refund and a discount towards a different model. It was inconvenient and frustrating but the service and guarantee are tied and true.

Finally a Pool Robot That Actually Works! Aiper the Best!

I want to take a moment to thank Aiper for the excellent experience I’ve had with both their product (Aiper Scuba S1) and their customer service.

From the very first use, the robot exceeded my expectations. The cleaning is efficient, consistent, and you can truly see the difference in the pool. One of the features that really impressed me is the S-Shaped and Adaptive Path technology, which allows the robot to cover the entire area effectively without missing spots.

What truly sets them apart, though, is their customer service. I had a minor issue with the app update, their team responded quickly, clearly, and professionally. It’s obvious they genuinely care about their customers.

Today, I can say I’m 100% satisfied. This is a reliable company with high-quality products and support you can count on when you need it.

I will definitely continue trusting Aiper in the future — a customer for life!

I had high hopes for this vacuum after…

I had high hopes for this vacuum after I made another recent purchase of a Aiper skimmer, which works fantastic. The same cannot be said about the Scuba S1 vacuum. Sure, I understand it is base model option, but the unit should still work. After 3 cycles of cleaning and trying all different modes, the pool is still dirty. I figured the vacuum wouldn’t take long to clean since there is only dirt debris (no leaves) in the pool. I will probably try and monitor performance over the next week or so, but I will probably make the decision to return this product.

Worth every penny!

Works great and has picked up most of the debris and leaves in our pool. So far I've just set it down and haven't really had to mess with it much. Really worth it, in my opinion
