What a terrible airline! This company is a complete scam. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and have no respect for their customers. Never again. Avoid this airline at all costs.

My flight was very smooth and pleasant. It was perfectly punctual, the captain was welcoming and the plane was clean. It was only a one hour flight but the easiest it could be. Thank you!

Expensive ticket 380 EUR (Vienna to Jaipur). Extremely poor experience. No food or water provided for such long flights, never had this kind of experience with any airline.

It's my first time flying with the airlines and my flight from Prague to Sharjah is smooth, safe and pleasant flight! If you only carrying a cabin luggage and can use the e-gates, you'll just spending few minutes to get out of the airport. I will definitely fly with them again! Thank you

I had a very bad experience with this airline. The refund process was completely non-transparent and did not match the conditions previously confirmed to me in writing. Despite contacting the airline several times, I did not receive a clear or understandable calculation of the refund.

The customer service was unreliable and, in my opinion, not honest. This treatment of passengers does not meet European standards of transparency, customer service, and passenger rights.

I will never fly with this airline again and, based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.

They look fine on the surface, but are absolutely rotten on the inside. I have no complaints about the flight itself—everything went well. The trouble is, however, that the airline steals from passengers' luggage and officially condones such theft. Their response to my formal complaint was essentially that this is just how things are, and that it was my own fault for packing anything of value in my checked baggage. Be prepared to be robbed without anyone ever being held accountable. I have full documentation of the theft and the correspondence with these despicable thieves. I am ready to make it all public to prove that these are not baseless accusations.

The flight was very smooth, seating space was comfortable and very supportive crew.

It was a smooth flight, but I want to suggest you should include a water bottle complimentary to each passenger, I beleive it's very unethical that you are charging even a water bottle, a customer is booking a ticket with you flying with you but you are charging even a small water bottles as well. It's a humble suggestion.

This my first time journey Vienna to Sharjah and Sharjah to Chennai it’s very very worst experience in my life never ever book this first flights not suggest people, Vienna to Chennai I have only 1-hour layover in Sharjah but air Arabia reschedule to me in Sharjah 24 hours :30 minutes I don’t know what is the ____ schedule? This my money my time but but I did not able to fix the schedule only air arabia can fix the schedule so if you want to waste your money time and your health you can book this flight

I am a regular customer of your well known company, and I recommend your services to any regular person. Though my high satisfaction of flying with you, I had an unpleasant experience on Jul 17 during my flight to CAI due to unexplained behaviour of a nearby family whose their two little daughters were sitting next to me, and those kids had flu and didn’t care to wear masks or even cover their mouths or noses, which normally led to the infection and I did my best to remain calm and behave well though being pretty angry cause I started to feel pain in my throat and my nose was plugged . I highly request your care to take action with these irresponsible people who don’t care about the other passengers. Either give them masks or put them together so the ailments don’t spread and become inevitable. Best regards.

ho avuto la fortuna di viaggiare spesso e non ha mai avuto grandi pretese. Viaggio sempre in economy e di solito mi adatto a tutto ma Air Arabia credo sia davvero la peggior compagnia con cui abbia mai viaggiato. La tratta è stato bergamo - bangkok con scalo a Sharja. si tratta di circa 13 ore di volo totali. Aerei piccoli per tratte cosi lunghe con poco spazio per le gambe. non hanno monitor per intrattenimento ma un sistema di wi-fi interno che permette di usufruire di contenuti (di scarsa qualità) sul proprio tablet o telefono. Il volo Bergamo - Sharjah non aveva neanche prese usb per ricaricare i dispositivi mobili. I pasti sui violi non sono compresi, vanno acquistati a parte e sono di bassissima qualità, inoltro le temperature all'interno dell'aereo sono molto basse e non vengono fornite coperte. Aggiungo che i voli sono sempre partiti in ritardo e che le comunicazioni sull'aereo sono prima in Arabo e poi in un inglese poco intelleggibile. Ultima perla l'aeroporto di cambio volo, pessimo. MAI PIU' CON LORO.
I’ve been fortunate enough to travel often, and I’ve never been particularly demanding. I always fly economy and usually adapt to anything, but I think Air Arabia is truly the worst airline I have ever flown with.

The route was Bergamo to Bangkok with a layover in Sharjah, totaling about 13 hours of flight time. The planes are too small for such long routes, with very little legroom. They don't have seatback entertainment screens, just an internal Wi-Fi system that allows you to access (very poor quality) content on your own phone or tablet. The Bergamo–Sharjah flight didn't even have USB ports to charge mobile devices.

Meals on board are not included—they must be purchased separately and are of extremely low quality. Furthermore, the temperature inside the plane is freezing, and no blankets are provided.

To top it off, the flights always departed late, and the inflight announcements were in Arabic first, followed by barely intelligible English. The final straw was the transfer airport: terrible.

This was our first time flying with Air Arabia, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience.

Our flight was delayed from the start. On board, we even had to pay for food, drinks, and even water. The aircraft itself felt small and quite old.

Because of the delay, we had only 10 minutes to catch our connecting flight. In the rush, one of our suitcases was accidentally left on the aircraft. We reported it immediately, and the Air Arabia staff assured us that the suitcase would be sent to our final destination.

Since then, we have had multiple chats and phone calls with customer service, but after four days we still have no clear update. We keep being told that we have to wait. Nobody can tell us where our suitcase is or when we can expect it back.

The lack of communication and support has been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend flying with Air Arabia based on this experience. I sincerely hope someone from Air Arabia reads this review, contacts us, and finally helps us locate and return our missing suitcase.

My first time to fly with AirArabia and they have a comfortable seat and leg room. Entertainment is available and wifi at additional cost. Overall great experience.

However I regret booking a flight+hotel package as the hotel (Grand Eurasia Hotel) is not as expected for it's nightly rate. No breakfast, not even coffee or tea in the room. No amenities at all like pool or gym. I would not recommend taking a package as there are a lot of hotels and Airbnb's around the city which offers lower rate with good amenities and would include breakfast.
