This was the first time I flew with Air…

This was the first time I flew with Air Arabia and it was a very pleasurable experience, the A320 was very comfortable, the staff were brilliant and very friendly and the on- board food was really amazing, I look forward to my next journey with your airline, Thank you very much :-)

BEST UAE Airlines

Air Arabia is as always on time, very comfortable seating and Excellent cabin crew staff! Even the booking process is very easy and I can utilize my air rewards point more easily!

Evrething was almost great

Evrething was great, just some important details. We flew Tanger to Barcelona and in Barcelona we had to wait more than 30 minutes for our baggages.

And I forgot my cellphone in the small bag in front of my seat, I reported it when I was in the baggages area and they told me to wait. After hour and half they told me they did't find it. So I lost my phone inside the airplane

I recently flew with Air Arabia from Tangier to London, and it was by far the worst airline experience I have ever had. The communication from the staff was practically non-existent, and it was incredibly frustrating trying to find anyone who spoke English to assist with my questions. To make matters worse, the flight was severely delayed with no explanation or updates provided. I would strongly advise against flying with this airline if you value your time and basic customer service.

It is a very bad flight

It is a very bad flight, the staff there is not at all helpful, they do not allow even 1 kg extra and do not talk to politely, they talk angrily, my experience was very bad.please do not travel by this airline ( air arabia).

This is my First visit with airarabia.my first experience with this airline is great. Its is very punctual,staff is very cooperative,service and hospitality is also very best for their passengers. Booking through website and application is very easy.

Air Arabia is a professional airline…

Air Arabia is a professional airline which offers value for money.
The Aircrafts are clean, Air Hostess polite and ready to assist and the pilots make the necessary announcements periodically.
It's a great experience to fly Air Arabia.

The flight and journey was excellent but a fellow passenger was treated badly for serving food

The flight and journey was excellent. One of the Piot was female to my surprise. 1st time I was travelling with a lady pilot - very happy about that.
But a bad experience I happened to see was the Flight Airhostess/cabin supervisor was very rude which I noted (not to me) but with many passengers. One particular incident was a fellow passenger just in front row of mine (5F - WINDOWSEAT). He rebooked food but was not served to him in time and was talking to him as if he was asking FREE FOOD. I heard that he got that due to some shifting of seat happened.
Then after about half an hour he was served food after repeated request from the passenger.
I brought this matter to another Air-hostess who was wearing a Light Grey Top and Red bottom. She told me sorry for what to my fellow passenger and also told she will take up the matter with the same supervisor

First and last time

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Air Arabia.

I changed my flight from 26 June to 25 June and paid the required flight change fees. On my original booking, I had purchased a 30 kg baggage allowance that was permitted across two pieces of luggage. However, after changing my flight, the updated ticket still showed a 30 kg baggage allowance but restricted it to a single piece only.

What I find unfair is that I paid for the same baggage weight, yet the baggage conditions changed without any clear explanation. It is difficult to understand how the same 30 kg allowance can be treated differently simply because the travel date changed by one day. This lack of transparency feels misleading and creates unnecessary inconvenience for passengers.

I contacted customer service and requested an urgent review of the issue, but I received no response. It is surprising that an airline with such a large reputation can provide such poor customer service and fail to address a legitimate customer concern.

Unfortunately, my experience at the airport was even worse. There was no clear communication from staff, no courtesy, and no welcoming attitude throughout the entire process. It appeared that the primary focus was on collecting additional fees rather than assisting passengers and providing proper customer care.

What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of support from supervisors or team leaders when assistance was needed. The staff seemed poorly trained in handling customer concerns and resolving issues professionally, making this one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered.

I strongly believe that Air Arabia should invest in comprehensive customer service training for its employees, focusing on communication, professionalism, and passenger care. It is difficult to understand how an airline can maintain acceptable service standards when customers are treated in this manner.

This was my first experience with Air Arabia, and unfortunately, it will likely be my last. The experience has clearly highlighted the difference between Air Arabia and other airlines that prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver a professional travel experience.

I am genuinely disappointed and hope Air Arabia will address this matter fairly, improve its customer service standards, and provide greater transparency regarding its baggage policies to prevent similar situations for other passengers.
