Very good service also very friendly staffs

We had amazing experience, we booked our flight with the most expensive flight fare, but it was still much less in comparison to other airlines, and we were extremaly happy, all went well, no problems at the airport, great service and no delays. I will fly again with Air Arabia from Sharjah to Warsaw.

To anyone travelling from UAE and back, I would always, anytime 100% recommend Air Arabia. It's hassle free, you can drop your luggage the previous day at Air Arabia dropping centre and walk like an Executive to the airport, with just your hand carry, plenty of leg space, Service is just fine, Menu too fine, and the best part is it hardly ever late.. in fact we always reach our destination before time ..

My flight experience with Air Arabia was always a great sky time.

I took Air Arabia several times from Nador, and they are always on time. The ship is clean and the staff friendly. I would suggest some healthy choices on the menu, like Easyjet made, since it is all made of sandwiches or sweet snacks. The only drawback for me and many others is that we have to fly from Nador to leave Al Hoceima. There are many cities in Europe that we could connect directly to Al Hoceima, the demand is rapidely increasing.

Flight timing is not accurate... I have a booking at 8.20am the flight took off at 8.50am and we arrived late.

I had one of the worst travel experiences with Air Arabia. Our flight from Vienna on 1 July was cancelled, leaving my family and me stranded at Sharjah Airport for approximately 15 hours. Travelling with family made this situation extremely stressful and exhausting, especially for my wife, who became very tired after such a long wait with no proper place to rest.

I spoke with the transfer desk at Sharjah Airport to ask for help, but instead of providing any practical assistance or taking responsibility, I was simply told to send an email to customer service. We were not offered accommodation, a sleeping facility, or any meaningful support despite the extended delay.

The lack of communication, empathy, and responsibility shown to passengers during this disruption was very disappointing. I understand that flight cancellations can happen, but the way an airline responds to its passengers during these situations is what truly matters. Unfortunately, Air Arabia failed to provide the care and assistance we expected.

I hope Air Arabia improves its customer service and takes better responsibility for passengers affected by major disruptions. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this airline.

Worst airline I have taken, the ground staff is rude and unhelpful. No one has shown genuine attention and care compared to other flights I have taken. If taking this flight assume you will have a bad expedience.

Pleasant crew,flight everything went smoothly. Flight departed ten mins late but the time was made up half an hour earlier than scheduled great. Reasonable price keep it up.

Experience through out the journey was very safe and pleasantfull,
But please dont raise the ticket charge, its not affordable for us. Like a normal labour person.
