It was wonderful experience to fly with AirArabia. Everything was so smooth beginning from booking (simplest user friendly interface) and prices and then timely updates till arrival.
Staff were very hospitable especially with families. I really loved the experience. I am happy that they are flying on small routes also.

I recently traveled with Air Arabia and would like to share my feedback.

Overall, the flight experience was excellent. The cabin crew were professional, courteous, and attentive, and the food served on board was good. I am very satisfied with the in-flight service.

However, I would like to raise a concern regarding the ground staff at the boarding gate in Sharjah. After completing the check-in process, where my baggage was already weighed, checked, and my boarding pass issued, the hand baggage was weighed again at the gate. In addition, women's personal handbags were included in the total weight calculation.

Passengers whose baggage exceeded the permitted limit were asked either to pay cash or surrender some of their belongings. If any excess baggage charges are applicable, they should be collected through an official payment process with a proper receipt issued to the passenger. Requesting cash payments without providing any acknowledgment or receipt creates concerns regarding transparency and customer service.

I kindly request Air Arabia to review this practice and ensure that all baggage-related charges are handled through official procedures with proper documentation.

Worst Airline to fly with. Make sure you have AED 500 extra when you fly. They come up with all sorts of of charges and treat you like cattle. Never fly

Very good service. I had booked ticket for June 2026 travel from Kuwait to Cochin in January 2026 before war started with comparatively less price. Due to present scenario, the flight was cancelled. But Air Arabia rescheduled my ticket from Kuwait after the flight resumed operations with any price impact.

Ground staff was really helpful and it took us less than 10 minutes to check in and get our boarding passes… the flight departed on time and onboard service was excellent… we arrived 15 minutes early which was a great thing… we appreciate that air arabia provides such professional service although categorized as budget airlines… great value for the price paid

I was very happy with my experience with Air Arabia. Everything went smoothly from my check-in at Damascus Airport to my luggage pick-up in Sharjah. I would have no hesitation using Air Arabia in the future.

Recently I had two international flights on Air Arabia. The staff were friendly and helpful, both flights departed on time, the price was reasonable, the inflight meals were delicious, and the film selection was good. Overall my child and I were very satisfied with the service, safety, and value and we will fly Air Arabia again. What stands out is the professional and courteous air attendants. Thank you!

Very Disappointing Experience with Air Arabia
I had a very bad experience while traveling from Coimbatore to Sharjah in January 2025 with my family. We were 4 passengers (2 adults, a 5-year-old child, and a 2-year-old child).
According to our booking, each passenger was allowed 10 kg of hand baggage, making a total of 40 kg. Since we were traveling with two small children, it was very difficult for us to carry multiple hand baggage items while managing the kids. To make travel easier, we requested the staff to allow us to move the hand baggage weight into our checked luggage.
We explained our situation and requested their assistance several times, but our request was not considered. There was no flexibility or understanding shown, despite the fact that we were traveling with young children.
What disappointed me most was the lack of customer care and empathy. We were not asking for extra baggage allowance; we only wanted to combine our permitted baggage in a more practical way due to our family situation.
This experience left a very negative impression on us. I expected better customer service and more consideration for families traveling with small children. Unfortunately, Air Arabia did not meet those expectations.
I hope the airline improves its customer service and adopts a more customer-friendly approach for families in the future.
