I have the Airback Tote in Matte black. It is a very sleek design and the matte finish wears so well! I thought it may get scuffed but it actually wipes and wears amazingly well. Inside the compartments are easy to organize my belongings, and the top zipper is smooth and almost disappears leaving it look very sleek when closed.
It fits perfectly on my suitcase with the luggage strap, has a long strap to carry easily and the compression cube is a cool touch! I added my jacket and some summer clothes for when I arrived in destination and it saved room.
I also loved the little transparent bag that came with it. It fit all my liquids well (which was easy to pull out for TSA).
I love this bag and have taken it on 3 trips so far this year (all over Europe, Alaska and to the Caribbean)!
I would definitely recommend Airback products for the space-saving compression and for the quality of materials!

As of today, I have sent three emails to inform Airback that UPS refused to come to my home to deliver the parcel for my purchase #46445. I contacted UPS to change my address. They promised to call me back, but instead of doing so, they returned my parcel to AIRBACK, who received it on Monday, the 08th December 2025.
I contacted AIRBACK by email three times to inform them, provide a new address, and request that my purchased item be sent to me again, but they have completely ignored my messages.

Updated review: The team sent me a new bag that fully works, and they apologiesed for longer reply period during black friday.
Old: Feels like great quality. But zipper is not working at all. Gets stuck same place each time. Customer service says I need to give it time. I have never experienced this issue before and not gonna use a backpack that is not working risking loosing to get refunded.
Customer service is slow, but might be because of black Friday madness. But sad I have waited for reply 6 days now, been in dialogue with them

One week after delivery, there is still an issue with part of the shipment. That said, I would like to acknowledge that customer support has since stepped in, and I appreciated the assistance provided in managing and resolving the matter.
However, I believe that faster response times—especially at the initial stage of the inquiry—would significantly improve the overall customer experience.

Bought an airback go a couple of weeks ago. Firstly, the much vaunted compression area doesn't seal properly. It looks like it has when you first use the not particularly good pump they supply (at extra cost) but after 5-10 minutes you can clearly see that all the air has gone back in and it's no different to just any zip compartment. Secondly, the actual space inside is surprisingly poor, less in fact that most other backpacks of the same dimensions. They've put so much padding and thick partitions in the thing that I actually get less in a backpack I specifically bought to carry more. As others have said, I bought it on the premise of 3 day express shipping and the company hadn't even responded within 3 days of placing the order let alone shipped it. When I emailed to query a small defect in the bag I was given a template answer and told to watch an irrelevant video which told me nothing.
Their marketing is slick and makes this look genuinely amazing. Sadly it's just massively overpriced and doesn't deliver on its promises. Look elsewhere for a bag or backpack and don't be fooled by their ridiculous high pricing into thinking this is special. It's not.

I've ordered 5 items in one purchase and it was said 'Express shipment 1-3 days', so now 7 days already has passed, the shipment is still 'in preparation' and there is no answer for my 3 letters with the question 'when it'll be shipped?'. They didn't provide any phone, only 1 email which is seems to be not working...looks like a scum.
P.S.: I was hoping that NL headquarter - means responsibility and quality...i was wrong(

As I have no opportunity to answer to an answer of the company below I'll update my original post here:
So that is what I was talking about...as you see the products was paid at 20.11 and you responded here on 11.12...almost a month later...nice SLA (Service level agreement) though...keep going this way and won't have any customers at all.
And I have to say some more, after I've received an items and have some experience of their usage:
At this black Friday I ordered 5 different backpacks for totally different goals in my life, 2 of them was from your company - the ‘GO’ model and the ‘MAX’ model, which has pretty the same geometry as your standard ‘Original’ model, maybe even better (bigger), but the straps are still is the weakest point in that product which still called ‘backpack’ where the straps is the only one thing which makes the bag, actually, a backpack... it still not matches best practises and standards which “the best travelling backpack’ as you mention on your website should follow…wrong location, wrong length, no adjustments, and the 'hip belt’ which was bought separately goes around my stomach, not the hip as it should according the name and logic and standards.
Even more - from all ordered accessories there is also nothing to love:
- packing cube is a simple cheap china bag, there is no ‘archiving’ or compressing mechanisms like simple compression straps, as it is in similar products from your competitors…for that price it cost it is unacceptable!
- toilet bag’s walls for some reason have a thick filler which makes it ’not a travellers choice’, but rather a good home-usage storage.
- and the pump…oh god - just look as it made by Flextail company…the product called "max pump 3.0” - that is a ’travellers choice pump’ - and they didn’t call it ’the best’ even.
- And yes, the zippers is not YKK or any famous brand, they are working not good from the box and I feel they will be broken in a first journey with the backpack fully packed.
And according to the service you’ve providing…your products was ordered the first from all 5 backpacks and came the latest…even though you’re from NL and the shipping was internally inside EU (since I'm from Poland), and other products came from across the ocean from USA and China and EU as well…have no words…I’m totally frustrated and disappointed. Hope this feedback which takes my time will help you to be better in future, cause it’s honest!

I got given an Airback (I can't remember what model - either the go or the original) and I was unfortunately given one that was second hand. I didnt really expect much but I later was told about the compression bag inside and bought a pump to be able to use the bag to its full potential. I'm not the type of person to pack huge amounts of clothing, but I knew instantly this would help me fit a few more pieces of clothing I would otherwise not bring if I didn't have the space.
The bag itself is slightly on the heavier side of bags, but I'm often going on vacation in the summer rather than the winter so I'm only ever bring linen clothing which couldn't be any lighter. When I do go on vacation in the winter i just dont pack heavy things like a jacket or snowboarding stuff inside this bag because it makes it too heavy to be stowaway, but its not that much of a problem since instead I just put it in my check-in luggage or whatever its called.
In all honesty, the price seems intimidating at first and luckily I was gifted one, but its saved me money on extra bag space since it just fits in the overhead or underseat compartment, which essentially just makes it an investment. even though it's a lil heavy, its not heavy enough to have posed a problem to me at all, its all fear factor in that department, and the heaviness comes from the durable material rubber stuff they use, which makes it probably usable for your kids' kids.
