I bought 4 backpacks on Kickstarter. All 4 with scale build into handle.
All 4 pumps, to reduce pack size stopped working after a couple of times of use.
The build in scale is completely off and useless, just a stupid bulky handle. I have friends that also bought the same, but all has same miserable experience with the quality.
The idea about having a cool and multifunctional carry-on backpack is great, but unfortunately the Airback products are Temu low quality...

Air back customer support is nonexistent. After 2 email exchanges they completely ignored me for the subsequent 5 emails requesting to receive an intra eu VAT invoice.
Hope nothing on the bag breaks otherwise I will have no one to talk to for repairs.

I highly discourage any purchase from this company.

The back is of great quality en the service excellent. However you barely save extra room with the system. I think if you buy another back with same measurements you might be better off. It still seems to big when filled completely for an under seat bag.

The Airback is the ultime travel companion, you can fit an incredible amount of stuff in there without taking up too much physical space.

The material quality is high and has held up amazingly.

And don't get me started on how incredible and responsive the customer service is.

I bought the Airback after seeing all their flashy ads showing people packing tons of stuff into it. In reality, it barely fits the basics without feeling like it’s about to burst. The space is way more limited than the marketing makes it seem, and once you actually carry it, it’s really uncomfortable on the shoulders. For the price, I expected something practical and well-designed, but instead it feels cramped, awkward, and not worth it. Definitely not the “game-changing” bag they make it out to be.

The no-air pocket is shit and you don’t gain any space. The other pocket are not even para tical either.. so disappointed!! The mini pump is super noisy and inefficient…

Never seen such a quick answer from customer support. Everything was good, the backpack is pretty high quality (expensive, I know) but worth the price in my opinion. Got the airback go, I’ll get the classic airback soon

Hello, I ordered Airback Matt Max and after my first using I noticed that threads are going out of surface. The warranty is 3 years, so I was calm and thought that it is good company, and the company will change the bag to better quality bag, but I was shocked than I got an answer to buy new one for the smaller price or 40€ discount. Are airback really good company??? It looks like that 3 year’s warranty is fake.

I really wanted something portable with a good amount of storage for short trips away. As someone who travels all over the world for work, I often have a base and do short trips from there and frankly a lot of back packs are really badly designed.

This is where AirBack comes in, I really struggle to find any issues with it. I have none. Everything you see in the videos online is true the compression inside is really good, the laptop/iPad compartments are spacious enough to probably fit two laptops and an iPad realistically. I found that actually the straps really help to make the bag feel lighter than it is, I don’t know if that’s to do with the padding that comes on the straps, but it’s really good. I also felt like it breaths well around the back when in hot environments.
I’d recommend this to anyone who needs a backpack for a short trip away and only wants to carry one bag or want’s to do a short flight abroad with only carry on.

I received my delivery of an airbag which was a packet of clips. No bag. I have chased repeatedly and yet no reply. No customer service, no satisfaction, no bag !
Have now found it it was a scam euro site not the actual company. Still think the actual company could have done more to shut it own as it did state Airbag. How was I to know.
Have raised it to 3 star could have done more

We ordered these bags with me and my boyfriend and we used a couple of times but then there was a problem with the bags but perfect customer service such a good brand. They took care of us immediately they said they’re really sorry for it and they sent us replacement bags and we are actually really loving to use those bags because when we are going to somewhere we can actually bring a lot of things inside of those bags without actually showing it And we actually love it like amount of clothes that you can fit in it’s amazing and I really love this brand, especially after how customer service was really nice to us thanks to everybody who’s taking care of it us we really appreciated it and for sure we’re gonna have our luggage from them as well

The backpack saved a lot of space and was perfect for my 3-day trip to Prague. Life becomes easier, and travelling becomes more comfortable.

The Airback is very robust but: its way too heavy, it weights 4,5 kg empty!! The many and different compartments are very usefull. But the underpressure compartment will not let the mass and volume of the cloths disappear. And finally the size of the Airback, when its empty it suits the cabin size, otherwise, forget to take it on board. Many other bags in reasonable price are availabe and much more suitable for travelling.

Ordered the underseat rucksack, arrived quick not used it yet for a trip but have loaded it with items and vacuumed the bag . I will use this bag as an additional to my wheeled carry on .
I’ve seen comments about creasing clothes , but depends on what you put it in for a trip there’s always an iron. It’s great just what I needed
