SCAM!
Quality is cheap and nasty! Delivery was long and arrived wrapped in bubble wrap,no box!
Not used as read by others how unsafe it is!
Disappointed how I fell into false advertisement! I want a refund!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I brought this airbrush in January and it has literally just blown up in my hand with smoke coming out. It is unsafe and should not be sold knowing this has been happening. I have contacted customer service and I have sent them a video of the airbrush yet they will not offer a refund or replacement, just awful. I have reported to trading standards.

In all my years buying items online I have never come across a company so difficult!! I ordered my product one month ago and have not yet received it, despite contacting customer service on numerous occasions. Also I have requested a refund and they have refused!!! Do not purchase from here!!!

I purchased in December and quickly discovered that the product was inferior and unsafe. After multiple attempts to contact Airbrush I wrote a review here and eventually 3 weeks ago got a call from their customer service offering a partial refund. I refused this and the person said they would need to seek approval for a full refund and that they would call me back the same day. I told her I didn’t expect she would do so as their response is just rubbish. I’m still waiting for a call back and my refund

Dangerous product, poor quality, warranty not honoured

I purchased the Airbrush Styler for my nine-year-old daughter, expecting a safe and reliable product. It is extremely poor quality and does not work anywhere near a Dyson Airwrap as advertised.

Even more alarming, my friend bought the same product and it literally blew up in her hand. After seeing multiple online reviews reporting the same, it’s clear this product poses a serious safety risk.

The website claims a 2-year warranty, but when I contacted customer service about a refund and safety concerns, they refused to honour it. They are unresponsive and ignore legitimate safety complaints.

This device is not safe for children or adults. I strongly advise avoiding this product. I will also be reporting the safety issue to Trading Standards and my card provider.

Do not buy this product.
Only used the 5in1 a handful of times before it broke and nearly caused a fire.
Contacted the Airbrush Team who refused to replace/ refund as it was over a month old, but it was only 3 months old. Terrible customer service. Product is flimsy and not safe. Not worth paying for.

An update on my previous post. I have been in continuous contact with Airbrush requesting a refund and they continue to regurgitate the same line "they will not refund due to their T&C's" despite the fact that I have contacted citizens advice bureau, CCPC and the UKICC all of who state the UK and EU legislation allow anyone who has purchased online a 14 day cooling off period to return the product if they wish and that Airbrush are wholly wrong to believe they can refuse a refund based on their T&C's. This company is an absolute scam who think they are above the legislation and law and should be closed down. Do not buy from them!

Following on from my review of 14 February when I described how the Airbrush blew up in my hand when using it, I then received an email from the company. They had previously refused to refund my money, contrary to my rights under UK Consumer Law.
They tried to bribe me by saying that if I withdrew my Trust Pilot review and stopped our credit card recharge application, they would send me a new Airbrush. I replied to say that the last thing I would want would be another of their unsafe products and that my review would stay on TP as it was the truth.
Be very wary of this company and their underhand ways. If you have no luck getting your money back I would suggest contacting your bank/credit card to take up the matter on your behalf.

Do not buy this!

I purchased this airbrush and was am very disappointed with the performance. The straight styles do not hold, curls do not form as shown in the advertisement, and any styling drops quickly.

I contacted the company within 30 days requesting a refund as the product is not performing as described. The refund process has been difficult and stressful, with offers of only a partial refund of 15% of the full price paid.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product.

Don’t waste your money. I have fine short hair and the hair drier is useless never mind the attachments which are a complete waste of time. I impulsively bought after seeing the great reviews but realised too late they were all fake. Still waiting for a response from the return email…

Good service in terms of delivery/packaging of the item but disappointing quality and functionality of accessories/ attachments and practically zero user instructions for different attachments. I wish I'd not bothered.

I wanted to post yet another review as I want to make sure their star rating stays low as I can see they are posting more fake 5 star reviews.
Following on from my previous review highlighting the amount of spam emails I have received since ordering from this company I would like to highlight the following...
After recieving multiple spam emails daily, I blocked Airbrush UK. The spam emails stopped. However, after leaving my last review, I received a message from Trustpilot asking for more information from the company. They wanted my phone number, not my email address. I did not provide this. However, I thought I may receive another email from them with another 'offer' so unblocked them for a few days to see what happened. I didn't receive any communication from the company.
However, upon checking my spam folder it was filled with more scam emails all based around the same thing. I didn't open them but could tell from the subjects they are trying to steal money from people. Either Airbrush UK are responsible for these emails via other email addresses they have created or they are selling our information to people. They are complete scammers. A disgusting 'company'.
Please do not provide them with your phone number if you are asked for it. I dread to think how many fake numbers they will be calling off of to harass people.

Great communication and tracking information. Great product for a great price.

Only had a week so time will tell as to how well it lasts. Concerned by some of the other reviews I have read.

My advice is simple: avoid this company.
If you have not purchased yet, I strongly recommend that you do not proceed.
If you have already paid and are experiencing issues, do not rely on repeated promises or assurances that a refund has been processed. In my experience, the only effective and secure way to recover the money was by filing a dispute with my bank.
If a refund is not received after reasonable attempts, initiate a bank dispute as soon as possible. That was the only method that worked for me.
I share this purely as advice for other customers so they can protect themselves and their money.

It arrived on time well packaged I think it could do with more help on how to use it. However it is extremely good quality and I am trying to get used to it

SCAM DO NOT BUY!
I purchased this in late December and it took 3 weeks to arrive. Little did I realise that Airbrush UK imports their products from China not a UK company at all. The Airbrush when I opened looked and felt really cheap. I used it once and knew for certain that I had been conned, which I am very annoyed about. I can only assume all the online reviews are FAKE just like the goods. I asked to return the goods and they said that it cannot be returned without being faulty. The customer service advisors wanted videos to prove it didn’t work despite its online and email advertising saying that “Satisfied or Refunded.” This could not be further from the truth. After several emails back and forward I posted a review on Trustpilot, after a couple of weeks I was contacted and offered a £50 goodwill gesture to remove my review. CAUTION they are paying people to remove the awful reviews, again a big red flag. Please avoid at all costs.

If I could rate this company less 'nothing' then I would. I purchased an Airbrush late December for a Christmas gift. The item arrived the beginning of January (3 weeks after order when it stated it would be here for Christmas delivery). As soon as I opened it, I knew I had been scammed. The item is absolute rubbish. The quality is so poor, it is a fire risk. The 3 speed mode is non existent, it just blows one speed. It is very thin plastic sprayed badly with gold paint for detail. The case I bought was destroyed in the delivery also, so overall disappointed straight away and contacted the company who have been dismal. Ended up taking up a dispute via Paypal and credit card company, the company offered a 10% discount and no refund. Still fighting for my £90 refund :( DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY WORKING FROM HONG KONG.

I was excited to use this product after amazing reviews online. Unfortunately I found this to be super poor quality. I have emailed asking for a full refund - I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I’ve still yet to use all the different tools but seems perfect so far.
