If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Does anyone have the accurate, correct physical address of this fraud company.

I purchased a roundtrip ticket to Miami in March for my very first cruise in December. They booked me with Delta airline. They did send me a confirmation and an iternary so I thought everything was good to go. I recently called to check my flight since it is getting closer to departure time. I was told by Delta there is no such flight. I found out my ticket was cancelled on April 20th. Noone called me or emailed me to tell me the flight was cancelled. I've been trying to call them for several days and noone answered. I'm trying to get my $700.00 back but it doesn't look good. I filed a claim with the BBB and they are looking into this company but so far they will not return their calls either. Do not book any flights with them. SCAM.....If your having the same issues please fill a claim with BBB so they don't continue to do this will someone else.

I cannot believe this company is allowed to operate. After booking our flight and charging our credit card, prior to our flight, they cancelled our tickets. We are out thousands of $ and they are not answering calls or email.

This company is a fraud, a scam. They have dragged me along for over a year - so now they are not returning money they received from me. I broke my shoulder and then my husband died. I still tried to get to FL before the year was up and they told me it would be double the fare that I had already paid them (mind you, my fare was for two people, and now I am 1.) They are a fraud and I'm trying to sue them. But even their physical location is a fraud.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER-- DO NOT DO THIS
BOOKED OUR FLIGHT 7 MONTHS IN ADVANCE AND THREE DAYS AFTER BOOKING THEY CALLED SAYING OUR FLIGHTS WERENT AVAILABLE AND WE HAD TO REBOOK ON A MORE EXPENSIVE FLIGHT- 1.5 MONTHS UNTIL THE FLIGHT I SEE THAT OUR FLIGHTS DATES WERE CHANGED-- THE COMPANY NEVER ONCE CALLED ME OR LET ME KNOW THAT THERE WERE CHANGES... AFTER ME TRYING TO REACH THE PERSON WHO SET UP OUR TRIP, NO RESPONSE AND EVEN AFTER SPEAKING TO A MOSE NAME, THEY WERE NOT RESPONDING BACK EITHER... COMPANY IS CRAP AND NOT WORTH ANYONES TIME-- BOOK DIRECT AS THEY ARE FRAUDS-- TERRRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. This company AirFlySmart is a ripoff and should be investigated by the DOT, IRS, and whomever else has the power to investigate. We have tickets to Maui that can't be used due to the Wildfires. Hawaiian Air will refund the tickets IF AirFlySmart makes the request on our behalf. The moron won't believe me. NEVER doing business with this "company" again.

If I could give them 0 I would. Sounds like this is SCAM. I've booked a flight and they sent me an email saying that they were not able to get ahold of me by the number provided. So I called them back and was told that this flight is fully booked. And they offered something else to me but it would cost twice as much. In a few days I've tried to book another flight. Noone called or emailed me so I called them the next day. The same lady said the same thing. She was rude, and very aggressive. I don't understand why they still have those flights on their website if they already know that these flights are unavailable. Rip off.

This company is a scam, I booked an American Airlines flight from LAX to Nashville Tennessee, paid a reasonable $618 for two people, then two days later I get an email saying the flight wasn’t booked yet. I called the telephone number, spoke with Aaron, and he said the American Airlines flight was not available, and that if I wanted the same route, he could find delta airlines for me for $900. At this point, I’ve booked the same American Airlines flight using miles. this company is just bait and switch Buyer beware.

These folks are a scam!! Purchased my ticket and they said they tried to call me and that my flight is not confirmed. They don't answer my emails and they have my money and I don't have a flight? Sad to say, This is how american people and american companies operate anymore. Served this country for 21 years and run into more bull from those that no longer get punished for wrong doing. Im still trying to get my refund....

It is a scam. Do not trust them. I bought a ticket to the Dominican Republic for the price of 388.00 and ten minutes later they called me to say that this price was unavailable and the cheapest one would cost me now almost 600.00. Do not waste your time with these people.

I've been asked to be honest about my experience booking through Trustpilot. I honestly must say that Max really made the difference. Max is a person of his word. I contacted him last night late at night looking for some help for our travel needs and Max went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable! I write this review simply to express how grateful I am to Max for his help and guidance. I see a future for this company having people like Max around who delivers on what he promises! Keep up the good work Max and anyone there who truly cares about us travelers!

Contacted Air Fly Smart online. John from Customer Support made my booking a flight for my family vacation very easy and convenient.

Jose was great. He took care of our flight for 3 different families all at the same time. I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews and not getting the commformation email until the next day. When I did receive the email I was able to go onto the airline's web site and pick my seats. They saved us around 1200.00 for 3 people over the holiday week in December.

Everything the other reviewers have said is true. airflysmart.com is a scam. I received an email on 3/8/23 of a confirmation with a reference number (for a flight booked 4 months in advance), saying etickets would be emailed separately within 24 hours. On 3/29/23 I checked and still had not received them so I emailed asking where they were. I never received a reply so on 4/29/23 I called. It was an automated message, never announcing airflysmart, it only asked for pressing 1 or 2 for your language choice. Once the agent answered they only gave their name and never the company name. One guy asked for my ref. number. I gave it and then it was silent for a minute. I asked if he was still there and he said he would have someone call me back in 7 min. After waiting 45 min. I called back. This time Elijah answered and after giving my ref. number he calmly told me most of what the reviewers said they were told. He said my reservations are not available and he could reserve flights double the price. I then confronted him and said, "so you are a scam. I read other reviewers words and you are doing to me what you did to them". He asked how it was a scam if my credit card had not been charged (which I had to check afterwards to be sure it wasn't). I told him "it is a scam when you mislead people into thinking they have flights that they do not have and that you know you are not really booking for them. Why do this to people if you are not benefiting from charging their credit card unless it is to get their personal info. and selling it or something else?" Then he tried to ask why I didn't follow up before today. I told him I did in an email and never heard back, and that is besides the point anyway. They purposely mislead people and leave people in a bind for a service they were counting on and made plans from. And then when the "company" is exposed they try to make the customer responsible instead of owning responsibility.

If I could have left 0 star's I would. I am so disappointed that your website is a scam. I looked for a flight, booked it and payed for it. After calling you website with a question I found out that the flight was not available any more at that price and it would cost me 100.00 more. But your website now was showing more flights for the same time at a even cheaper price. SHAME ON YOU, is all I have to say.

I book flights on Mar 5th, got what I thought was a decent deal. No followup up email or letter ever came. I called today, 2 weeks before I am to fly out and was told the flight was not available as of the next morning. This is not how 2nd part booking works, normally they will have immediate access to the same screens as the airlines. These people have no business being in business. I paid an additional 400.00 in order to get the seats almost 6 weeks later.

I tried purchasing tickets with this website and got a great value. I received an email with a confirmation number but not the reference number which I find suspicious. When purchasing a ticket, you should receive an email with the confirmation and reference number of the flight right away. I search if this website was a scam and it was. I checked their website and found that the IP address was located in Germany. Also if you look at the bottom of the website their is a address where they are supposably located, which was a house in Maryland. Also in their website the have a WhatsApp number to contact which was another indicator that it was a scam. If a booking agency has WhatsApp as a phone number then it is definitely as scam. I contacted the number and they told me that the ticket were fully booked and that I needed to purchase another ticket. I definitely knew that this wasn’t right. They were getting furious. They kept pushing me to buy new tickets but I refuse which made them super mad. They said “it’s your lost,” and they supposedly refund the money. Thank goodness I used a credit card and was able to cancel before it was charged. Be careful with this website as this is definitely a scam.
