I wrote a review in January, 2015 and today (almost 3 years to the date), I received a replay apologizing. You can't be serious. I wouldn't recommend you to desperate people looking to get away during a missile attack.

When searching for airport parking at DFW, you will notice this company doesn't show up... except for the paid ad. I should have noticed this as the first sign of a problem. They make you jump through so many (hard to see when you book) hoops, that you will probably miss your flight if you don't leave super early. When I had problems with the parking arrangement, I tried to email them to cancel my reservation. They said they would respond within 24 hours. 14 days later, I did not receive a response. When I called, the CSR was rude and refused to refund my payment- even though I parked somewhere else. The supervisor was also rude saying, "Well, if I didn't hear back from a company within 24 hours, I wouldn't have waited 2 weeks to call them." Why should I have to stay on top of them?? I emailed and they said they would respond. I was out of town (obviously, because I was parking at the airport). There is a reason their company info is hard to find. There is a reason they were rude. They have had to deal with so many customer complaints.

Not good. when we got to the lot, we were told it was full, they arranged for us to park at another hotel next door. Had to make a U turn in very busy traffic street, park and then drag the luggage all the way back to original Crown Plaza hotel.
On the return, the driver dropped us off at the entrance to the lot and we had to drag our luggage to car.

I had no issue when I took my trip in August. The shuttle was on time. Clean and the attendants were very helpful and kind.

The driver was courteous and the shuttle was clean and prompt. Overall, it was a good experience.

enjoyed the experience and the staff was exceptional

While I do admit we arrived a bit late for our initial shuttle to airport we were in line for the next available shuttle. A family who was staying at the hotel was allowed to go before us on the next shuttle. That family took up the entire room in that shuttle so we were told to wait for the next one. I paid for the reservation the night before but we were never asked if we had a reservation. Since we didn't stay at the hotel I guess we weren't as important as the family that stayed there.

I've used this service twice and saved money with.great service.

This is definitely the way to go for a long term parking

Professional, timely, and affordable alternative to traditional airport parking.

These guys are very good, except late at night (after 11PM), when they can't seem to be bothered to come pick up their customers at the airport. I've had two very bad experiences (waited over an hour both times) and do not park in their lot when I have to return late at night. Other than that, the service and rates are GREAT!

As far as giving me options as to where to park and rates, the Airportparkandfly service in Orlando is great!

The site is easy to use. The savings is always good. As travel agents we recommend using this service all the time

i will definitely use this service in the future, as the cost difference was quite a large savings, and using the site was straightforward. However, the site has one shortcoming, though it could be easily corrected.
I used a map program to locate hotels in the vicinity of the airport, and booked a room a a great rate, noting the hotel address. I then went to airparkfly.com to book the parking, hoping to have parking available at the same hotel. This is where I ran into a problem; you cannot see the address of the hotel until after paying. I got lucky, as I had in fact booked the same one, but simply giving addresses on the listing page would have simplified my search. Other than this, use of the site, as well as the savings, means this will be my go-to site for parking services.

I am very pleased with this service and the people in the Holiday Inn Airport North were very friendly and helpful! Great experience. Thank you so much for making it a very pleasant experience! I wish we had more business like this!

Reserved parking and made payment online with no problems. Parking went smoothly as well.

Since the downtown park and ride closed, I've used the DFW Marriott North off if Freeport Pkwy! Employees are very nice and helpful and always have a smile on their face. Cost is extremely low and the longest I've ever had to wait on a ride is 15 minutes which is not bad at all. I highly recommend using them on your next fly away!!!

I received excellent friendly service. There were many parking spaces available and very one at the hotel
helpfull and friendly. The wait for the shuttle was short and the drive to the airport was only 5 minutes.
