I've been working as an Airgigs musician for more than 3 years and it has changed my life. Thanks to Airgigs, I now live as a full time musician, have my own studio, and I've worked with hundreds of artists from all over the world.

I've also been on the other side of the transaction, as a buyer, and I must say that if you had a bad experience with it, it's probably cause you were unlucky to find a rotten apple within the wide array of extremely talented musicians out there.

Everything on Airgigs is superb.

The interface works very well, there are numerous job opportunities, and the people there are generally kind and clear. I've spent 8 months on the platform and worked with more than 30 different artists.

If you're a buyer, it's crucial to listen or watch the professionals you plan to work with to ensure they align with your needs. I believe that people encountering issues with this may simply struggle with managing their time and focus effectively. The Airgigs service and its artists are of high quality, as evident from the reviews provided by both artists and clients. Make your own investigation and you will see :)

Promoting your services is a waste of money. Not a single client reach out since.

Adding more info since you replied: they orders they reffered to is the 1$ test sample I had been offering. This is no where near gonna cover the promo cost. Best is to go on Fiverr or soundbetter.com They got buthurt from my review and deleted my profile from their service. Avoid.

I gathered over 2000 in selling my services and now i can no longer log in. The day i was supposed to get paid. It's been 2 days now i have been trying to contact them. Via email, no response and calling no response.
I see a client below has this same issue

Fantastic platform with a great community of professional artists and service providers.
The support team (namely David) are always there to help and support promptly.
I have been on the platform for 10 years and worked with hundreds of artists, bands and producers and I can honestly say it's been wonderful!

Great platform and a chance to find that particular musical service you need whether it's musicians or mixers or what ever. Also the service is really good in case you need to cancel an order, you will always get a quick and helpful response from the support on Airgigs.

Great company, it's sad that it's not advertised enough, otherwise it would be a great competitor to fiverr.

I've been making tracks for customers and been a customer of other artists on this site. So far it's been absolutely brilliant.

As with Jade (reviewer below), being part of her team is amazing, we're a little team who write and compose music. However after all our hard work and effort, it is clear to see that it has all gone to waste. So we are left with no choice but to use platforms like trustpilot to protest. We have emails and screenshots from both sides which includes conversations via email and Instagram. We have not been paid one cent for over 7 songs. I am standing with my team manager and we will fight till this is resolved.

I am a long-time Airgigs session & coaching guy; as a professional musician you find there are constant issues with companies and contracts. David and the team, however, have been the most forthright, straight up and efficient folks to do this sort of thing. He's a very creative, musical and thoughtful guy. I'm totally pleased with my relationship with them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend either the site or the customers, who have also been •great• to work with, to anyone. Hi everyone, my name is Jade, I am currently a seller on Airgigs.com, I've been doing good business with clients there however, I'm not getting paid. At first the payment via PayPal a total of $510.00 I couldn't withdraw so I refunded it to airgigs and asked to have the PayPal account updated. They so did and my orders waited 3 days to be cleared, 3 days passed, and it went to the Awaiting Approval Stage, it eventually got passed the approval stage (a total of $1168.75) was ready to be withdrawn however on their website it shows that payments take 24 to 48 hours. 48 hours passed and no withdraws have been processed. Not one cent was paid. I eventually got onto the client and explained my situation and told them that they weren't allowed to use any of my work until I receive payments. The client then reached out to them on Instagram (I have all the screenshots) to explain to them the situation to get this over with. No assistance was given, the client provided down to a picture of their credit card including the cvv at the back which is a bit fishy and filled out a credit card authorization form. Still nothing was done. They eventually banned the client, luckily, they were able to exchange an email with me to contact them and send me all the information details. My advice is do not trust this site at all. Only when i get paid is when i will remove this review.
