Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 33 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people faced extremely long wait times, often over an hour, when trying to contact support, finding customer service unhelpful and difficult to reach. The website also proved challenging, as users struggled to log in, reset credentials, and navigate slow-loading pages. Beyond service issues, people encountered problems with the rewards program itself. Many reported points not being consistently applied or taking a long time to appear, with some even losing points due to expiration or unauthorized access. Account security was also a concern, as several users experienced flagged or locked accounts, hindering access to their benefits.

Waste of Time and Poor Customer Service

I already knew Airmiles was bad as I never had enough miles, they never had tickets on the dates I wanted to fly and taxes were more expensive than full tickets on other websites. So I already wanted to cancel. To use my last set of miles that I had been accumulating for a while, I got a water bottle (of course this is all I could get...). They sent it with a courier that didn't give it to me, sent it to a warehouse an hour away from my house, and I can't get in touch with Airmiles because there's no email to contact them, the chatbot doesn't know what I'm asking and the live chat doesn't work. A waste of time. It would've been cheaper to pay full price for the bottle than all this hassle. And I would have the bottle. Adios, airmiles.
