Profoundly Disappointing Experience, Delayed Resolutions and Unmet Expectations

We made a reservation for flights and accommodation through AirnGo on July 18th, planning our summer vacation in Side, Turkey. The booking process transpired seamlessly, and AirnGo presented the most competitive rates at the time of reservation. However, on the eve of our departure, I had yet to receive information regarding the availability of airport transfer services. Consequently, my attempts to establish communication with AirnGo to explore potential solutions proved challenging. After persistent efforts, I connected with a customer service representative based in India, whose proficiency in English was limited. Regrettably, it became apparent that there were no intentions to provide assistance with the transfer arrangements. Subsequently, I had to directly liaise with the hotel to assess the feasibility of their involvement.

To my surprise, the hotel reception revealed the absence of any room reservation under my name, despite the comprehensive pre-payment made to AirnGo for both the travel and accommodation. While the hotel pledged to endeavor in securing a room, the condition stipulated a pre-payment for the entire duration of our stay upon arrival.

Upon re-establishing contact with AirnGo, it was communicated that assistance could only be extended if we accepted accommodations in a dilapidated bungalow, distant from the beach, city, and the companions with whom we intended to travel. Faced with limited options, I reluctantly revisited the hotel's offer, necessitating a pre-payment for the accommodation. Expectations of prompt intervention by AirnGo to rectify the situation were met with disappointment.

Subsequent to days of fruitless engagement with both AirnGo and Travel (the parent company), there was an absence of any discernible goodwill from either entity. The lack of communication persisted even upon our return from vacation until direct contact was initiated with Pelle Svensson, "Chief Online" at Ticket SE. Although the resolution was eventually achieved, the refund, processed in October, arrived two months after the conclusion of our holiday—a delay we find considerably protracted and unsatisfactory.

This experience has left an indelible mark, leading to a resolute decision to seek alternative service providers in the future.

Criminals

I know you want a good deal, i know you want a cheap deal. But for the love of God and all that is holy, DO NOT use Airngo. They are criminals, they will take your money and give you a BS reason why the can't deliver on their end of the deal. This company needs to go DOWN right now, so don't ever use them. They're terrible.

Would not recommend

I actually took time off my busy schedule to give this review. They are officially my worst travel experience.

First of all customer service had an attitude and did not try to understand my problem.

Secondly, they gave me contradictory information from the airline. KLM had to sort me out because of my grievance!

Misleading booking information

Airngo changed the trip and prices during the booking, in a way that made it difficult to notice the changes before it was too late - and I ended up with a useless ticket. Not sure if it was an active attempt to trick people, or just that I was unlucky and the booking system is bad. They refuse to fix the problem

It is impossible to contact this company

The number on the website does not work, they say that they are closed within the working hours stated on the website. Have tried to reach them through the phone and form and can not even get information about getting a refund. It is impossible to contact this company to get my money back.

Airngo SCAM

This is the worst company ever. Do not book here. They have canceled my flight and not refunded my money for almost 6 months now. AirnGo is a complete SCAM. They will steal your money with zero conciance. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM.

Bought 2 tickets tur-retur on 14 February 2020 for middle of April flight, 3 weeks before departure date KLM notify me that my flight has been cancelled. Later on got same email from Airngo. Can't find anyone by phone or email to get a refund, only option is to book another flight at later date in 12 months , wich I DON'T NEED. Until today 7 August nothing has been solved. Don't make booking on this s.....y company if you care about your own pocket.

I'm still waiting for the remboursement…

I'm still waiting for the remboursement of my ticket, TAP. Booking No. SEP3W8. With not a single update on the subject whatsoever. I requested a refund over almost 5 months ago. I really will like some information or just a confirmation that the refund process is being taking into account. Asking for the refund of a service that your company couldn't deliver is my right as a client. If it continues to be neglected, you're stealing from me.
I'm just asking for a solution,

Poor customer service, and respons time

I`ve been waiting for refund in 11 weeks now, and nothing.
The customer support is hard to reach, and the respons time is for ever.
I`ll probably never use their service again.

Ehhhh. Fine I guess

The service was fine. But it turns out buying from this website was more expensive than going through an actual airline (baggage and insurance cost way more) and some of the info on my airgo tickets doesn't match up with the corresponding tickets of the airline I'm flying with, which makes me a bit nervous.

However overall it was an OK experience.

Does not refund
