I was wrong when I bought a travel ticket through your website. I did not pay attention to the rating. I was right. You are the worst travel company out there.

The worse company. When I was buying a ticket on their website it said that I could add extra luggage later. When I tried to buy they told me it was not possible to add luggage and I wanted to buy the airlines charged me 27 euros for each kilo. I told the company that they cheated me. This company is not recommended at all. Too much stress!

SCAM COMPANY
The airline canceled our flight, yet Airngo has still charged us a cancellation fee. This is completely unjustified.

Price was ok, but there are too many steps to choose to many options and add-on's that gets very annoying. but the site and the process works overall.

Twice I booked a ticket with a good price and both times, after successful payment, the message came that the booking could not be confirmed due to high demand of the tickets. Money returned to my card.

I have seen this before with other Internet agents, seems to be a way to get people into their website and book a different ticket.

I booked a well priced intercontinental flight for 6 people. After filling all the (6 persons) details on their website they requested payment details. After I confirmed the payment the payment went through and my Creditcard showed the deduction. Instead of getting a ticket I got a message saying that the tickets are not available and that I will get refunded in a couple of days.

I’ve booked flights through them twice, and both times had issues. I won’t focus on the ugly booking interface (although it should have been a clue), but I’ve never dealt with a service company that cared as little about customers as this one does:
- little communication about flights (at least I had Kayak for that)
- tried to cancel a flight, and got back one email… and they basically ghosted (no answer to follow-up emails, no confirmation of my cancellation so I have documentation for my travel insurance, tried to call several times but always get a **message** saying their lines are too busy and cancellation can’t be done over the phone)
- no real self-service feature on their “web site” either (support tickets, or at least a listing of current reservations and their status… at least SOMETHING 🤷‍♂️), so you basically fill in a form and hope for the best

Please save yourself a lot of time and grief, and never deal with this company.

I know you want a good deal, i know you want a cheap deal. But for the love of God and all that is holy, DO NOT use Airngo. They are criminals, they will take your money and give you a BS reason why the can't deliver on their end of the deal. This company needs to go DOWN right now, so don't ever use them. They're terrible.

never use this company. I had taken cancellation guarantee, while booking the ticket. But, when I cancelled the ticket, AirNGO is saying it can't refund the amount. worst company to deal with.

Worst customer care, very poor service. Have been asking a simple question for4 days now with no reply. So frustrating!

Such a worthless company. They don't have any customer service. Can't be contacted by phone and answer e-mails slow. Because of that we lost 16,000 SEK! Book straight through the airlines, avoid Airngo at all cost!

I would not even rate them 1 star, its all scam, avoid to book from them, they Are not legit, ive lost all my money cuz of wrong spelling name.SCAM!!!!!

I booked a rebooking ticket from Airngo, they ve never mentioned that I have to pay if I will rebook my ticket. Not possible to call them, you don`t have any choice, you have to pay 300 sek and tell them an exact date that you will change for it, next day, I received an email, and that I have to pay 2000 Sek to rebook my ticket (if I will buy a new ticket, I pay 3000 Sek) since I don`t have choice, I paid 2000 sek so I got another email said that the ticket is more expensive and will let you know tomorrow how much you have to pay more. Next day, I received another email to pay 500 Sek so I ended up paying 300 to rebook my ticket 2000 to change and 500 extra (2800 sek) which is almost the money for new ticket and I was waiting for three days. Terrible company

Don't book using this agency. For many reasons first they turn off their support line and its impossible to reach them. Second if they answer you email they will ask a fee 300 nok for anything. Second they are cheating in prices for example the luggage cost 358 nok on their website, and they blocked this feature when you need to add this you must email them and pay 300 nok fees plus this price will increase from 358 to 368 nok.
I dont recommend this agency at all. I wonder why European flight companies offer them tickets to sell. I will report them to consumer protection in Norway and norwegian shuttle as well.

the flight was cancelled, they refuse the refund cause I "didnt buy garanty" whatdafaq the flight was cancelled!

wish i could have looked at the reviews first. we booked a ticket in August for a weekend holiday in November. everything looked fine until the payment, when we then received the ticket, it was the wrong return date, i.e. a month later. after a lot of waiting and hours, I got to talk to someone sitting in India. although I called the next day right after we got the ticket, she said I had made a mistake, and that their system is correct, I realized I had zero chance against them. I asked them to change the date, I was on hold for three days via email and phone, had to pay $1000 for a lot of crap fees that I don't even know what they are. I also have to strongly criticize all the companies that let these crooks sell their chairs. I feel disappointed and helpless. really bad of you you could just change the time and your system is to hell. never again via you of course.
