Broken compressor supplied by Airpress.be
I bought a compressor from Airpress.be. It arrived in good time. When I opened up the box I found that the bracket for the wheel was bent, consistent with the box being dropped on that corner. On closer inspection I found that one of the metal airlines was also sheared redering the compressor useless.
On Thursday I wrote to them sending pictures and explaining the situation. I followed up with a call on Friday as the compressor is for a sand blaster which is used for our business. I spoke to a gentleman who asked me to send an email with photos and he would reply to me that day with a solution. I resent the message.
There was no reply on Friday or Monday so today I called and was told that there was nothing they could do. I had to wait for a reply from someone who was on holiday until Thursday. The person who I was speaking to told me that I just had to wait for a reply and that he could not tell me when I would get one. When Iasked for his name as a point of contact he refused to give me his name. I asked again and he cut me off.
This is terrible customer service. I am left having spent almost 200 euros with a broken compressor and unable to continue with my business, and no path forward or timeline, if ever for resolving this problem.
I suggest avoiding buying from Airpress.be as you will loose your money.
