I believe this company is a fraud. Ordered almost a month ago, and yet to get any tracking info. All my attempts to reach their support contact emails have gone unreplied.

Will contact my bank to get my money back. If you're here trying to decide whether to buy, I'd say don't sink your money.

I ordered a gray wallet and received a black one. When I contacted customer service 3 separate times they never contacted me back. The mechanism is very cheap along with the 'Pleather' wallet. Will never buy anything from them again....

Poor quality fake leather. Card holder broke after 3 months and unable to get any response from the “customer service” department! A definite scam!!

Over a month and I still haven’t received my wallet. Filed a claim with my cc company and hoping to get my money back

From my point of view, it has a good quality and it’s slim enough for my husbant’s pocket. I’ve ordered an card tracker also, and it’s fots nice into the wallet. Works with apple find my!

I’ve got mine two days ago. It feels good in my hand and in my pocket. Slim design!

I bought a "leather" wallet (there's nothing leather about it)... To return it, I had to pay almost as much as the wallet cost and worse than that, first they sent me an address in Romania, and after a few minutes the address was already in Switzerland. Anyway, don't spend money on this site. If you want, buy on AliExpress because the quality and price will be much better!

I ordered a wallet & tracker from this “company”.

The items arrived as promised by the delivery date.

The wallet was ok for the price but the tracker did not work. I immediately contacted their customer support and asked for a refund. After several emails back and forth, which either wanted me to have another tracker free of charge, or send it to a guy in Rumania (!), I was sent a Royal Mail tracking label.

I returned the items with the tracking label. The Royal Mail tracking app showed me it was delivered.

But I’ve never received a refund to date. So I contacted Customer Support again. They asked to provide photo evidence I’d sent it. I sent them pictures of the label, the receipt & screenshot of the app saying it had been delivered.

It was delivered 10 days ago and this is as far as I’ve got!

My advice is to be prepared for a lot of hassle and poor product if you use this company.

I recently ordered an AirTag wallet from AirTrack Vault and had a very disappointing experience. After placing my order, I received the wrong item. I contacted their customer support immediately, but it took nearly two weeks to get a response, which included a return shipping label. I promptly returned the incorrect item, but despite several follow-up emails, I have yet to receive a refund or a replacement. Their lack of responsiveness and resolution is frustrating, and there is no other way to contact them besides email. Overall, I found AirTrack Vault’s service to be extremely poor and would advise others to avoid this website.
