After searching for months for a user friendly software program that would put sub-titles onto video files I came across AISEESOFT. Tried the free version for a short while, loved it, then purchased the lifetime subscription to Video Converter Ultimate 6 months ago. I had one small tech issue that, after contacting their tech support, was resolved very quickly ( Nina in Tech Support was very knowledgeable and helpful ).
Very happy with this software product !!

Had a problem activating on a new computer and they replied fast and fixed the issue

I came across Aiseessoft and believed them in what they could do to help me transfare music to my iPhone.
The software is useless except for the most basic problems that you can find on going to You Tube tutorials.
Because I could not PROVE it was the program's fault, I was refused even a partial refund of $117.70 they now have an offer of $60 don`t fall for it.

I came across the Aiseesoft Studio software accidently on purpose and I am so glad I did. Aiessoft Studio has a lot of great features and fun to use. Additionally, the customer service is excellent and prompt when assisting with concerns and support you might have. Winnie, in support services is amazingly kind and helpful and because of that I purchased the Aeissoft Studio Lifetime subscription.

Overall awesome experience! Recommend, product worked to unlocks daughter’s phone, prevent a melt down, and very friendly customer service.

The Android Google FRP Unlocker was the worst program that I have ever used! It didn't work from the start and the customer support was very poor as well.
Even when I requested a refund, they only let me have an 80% refund due to 'taxes'! So if you want to give them 20% of the cost of any of their programs, then go ahead and waste your money. I even requested an additional program as a 'good will gesture' for the 20% loss (to see if that worked any better), but they have refused and just given me an 80% refund?!?!

I' using the Ultimate converter for several years now, it's still my favorite for converting recorded TV shows for achieving. It can remove the advertising breaks quite smoothly, and is very fast when transcoding it to a new file.Editing the original file is easy and fast. you can remove unwanted parts down to the frame level. Also I want to mention that the support is excellent and fast!
Definitely one of my favorites and best buy!

Software for iPhone is not working to get data off the phone. It is bad software. Also the helpdesk is not helping at all.

Well at first we had a rough start but they eventually within a month or 2 made it right and gave me a diff register # and I was able to unlock my Galaxy s20 fe.

It took a few emails to convince them that I was not making a mistake by being able to register a program. Their link to the registration page took me to the wrong page. A short movie of me clicking on the correct page but going to the wrong page convinced them. They corrected the problem with the link, and we were fine.

I have been an Aiseesoft Blu-ray player user since early 2021 with no issues. After having a problem with my licence, I contacted tech support who responded within 24 hrs to resolve my issue. Could not fault their customer support.

The Software Is exactly what I needed to run discs in a day and age when disc are becoming obsolete thanks aiseesoft

5/5 I bought the software to remove Google ftp lock, and unfortunately it didn't work. I then reached out to Aiseesoft and they directed me to the most recent version which worked immediately!

My HD containing Aiseesoft Video Converter Ultimate was broken and I had to install everything on a new disk. Unfortunately this program could not be reinstalled because the code was already used. I contacted Aiseesoft support who quickly reactivated the code and so I was able to use the magnificent program again. Many thanks to Aiseesoft support!
