HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed an order for a dress material, what I received was a different color.I was asked to write to customercare for return.I have wrote nearly 10 Emails with all pictures of the dress materil and the polly bag coversbut still i have been asked to send different pictures.
Please ensure you dont buy from Ajio
or be satisfied with what gets delivered dont eevr try to return .Their customer service is HORRIBLE

Worse online company they are so zero compare to Amazon.

I bought NAVI women jeans 28 size. They sent me 31 size. I complaint it to customer and I was asked to sent all the picture they required. After sr fing back and forth email. At last they said they cannot do anything. The last time I told their supervisor I had enough it's not about the money it's how you run a business it's a rip off. Then from no where they sent someone to pick up the stuff but the damage is done from the time I spent e-mailing back and back including phone calls.

Fake Ajio please don't get trapped in Ajio they are providing pathetic products with no resolution. There has been issues with few of the returns made through Ajio, where
delivery agency Shadowfax is denying to pick up the delivery products
despite having the issues with the products mentioned below -
1 - Return ID - RT161857964 - Original Product received was damaged -
at the time of pickup delivery boy refused to pick up the product
stating that the item is defective and cannot be taken back.

2 - Return ID - RT161763693 - Original product received was not
looking good at me, hence raised a return, however delivery boy was
asking for the bottom even though it was not a part of the
description, and asked to select the wrong item shipped so I raised
the pickup selecting the same reason however its been put on HOLD. Now when the pickup agent have picked up the product still not marked as picked up

3 - Return ID - RT161747335 - Return was created due to the quality
issue, delivery boy picked up the wrong product which was under return
RT161690676 now, we are unable to return the product of RT161690676
due to mismatch in the image. - NEED THE RESOLUTION ON THIS

The call center representative is disconnecting the calls. Also I was expected to get a resolution by 24 hours and now it is 48 hours however no calls no response received”

Hiring platform

The AJIO app is the worst application…

The AJIO app is the worst application I’ve ever used. I got a product without AJIO poly bag and without tags. Inspite of repeated calls and complaints at customer care no resolution. I just wanted to return it and get the product picked up. Repeated mails and uploaded pictures of the product but the delivery boy repeatedly refused to pick up the product without tags. I faced so much harassment from delivery boy, customer care . They lodged complaint every time but close the complaint without resolution. Nobody’s there to resolve anything.

Negative Experience

Negative Experience - Avoid AJIO!

My recent encounter with AJIO was less than satisfactory. After placing an order with high hopes of receiving the exact item I had purchased, I was disappointed to find that what arrived was completely different. Seeking resolution, I reached out to their customer support, only to be met with unprofessionalism and a lack of understanding.

The customer support team at AJIO seemed more interested in proving themselves right rather than addressing my concerns. Their dismissive attitude and lack of empathy left me feeling frustrated and unheard. It was a frustrating experience, to say the least.

In my opinion, the level of customer service provided by AJIO falls far below acceptable standards. As a result of this experience, I have made the decision to no longer support their business. I would caution others to think twice before making a purchase from AJIO, unless they are willing to risk receiving the wrong product and being blamed for it.

Absolutely worse service

Absolutely worse service, I don’t say this very easily. Their customer service is absolutely so bad it’s very frustrating to the point where you feel like you’re chatting with an AI before you even say something they will automatically reply a scripted line without any conversation.

I have placed a return request which was cancelled without my knowledge and it was so frustrating to go ahead and apply for a request once again and their customer service is so confusing and very inexperienced.

So far amongst all the big companies in ecommerce ajio is the worst and parhetic company. They blocked account as there are more returns. No warning, no email no response and just blocked out us.

Worst app they disconnect the call when you call on customer support. I made a online payment for my product I cancelled the few products from them. They did not return my money yet it was about 3000 . They just send you a mail that the refund has been done. I asked my bank they said they have not receive the refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS APP.

Ajio scam

Firstly, the image and the description on ajio showed pallazo pants whereas these are kurti pants or leggings.

Secondly, my items were returnable. As mentioned in my previous mails and the proof and images shared, nowhere in the terms and conditions of the product or the coupon I availed does it say that I cannot return these items.

Thirdly my products came without tags which might as well mean that they are used products.

Fourthly nobody is coming to pick up the items for exchange and I am assuming that even exchange for the size has been halted for me for some reason.

So I conclusion, I have products which don't fit me but I can't exchange them. I have products which I don't like but I can't return them and I have products which are absolutely different from what is promised but I still can't return them. I have wasted my money on this website.

I cannot reach any customer care regarding any of these issues. I was an avid ajio user but now this platform feels like a fraud and I am never going to buy from here and I will make sure to spread the word so that others don't fall for this scam.

I ordered 3 shorts of TBASE brand in…

I ordered 3 shorts of TBASE brand in one go and they delivered only 1 short.

One the top of courier packet it says 3 product inside and when I open found only 1 product.

I raised a complaint (COM00079845077) with AJIO, explained all these shared photos of packet as well. I kept following up with their customer care of many days and After multiple even multiple followups and after sharing evidence as well, They are not ready to accept that they have sent only 1. I don’t know what else I need to proof their delivery issue.

I am blocking AJIO and raising this with consumer court. But writing this detailed review so that other consumers are not caught up in the trap buying products from AJIO. They shows offers and create trap I believe. Pathetic support and product delivery experience.

Ajio is really a disappointment!
First they will send you Wong product and deny to pay you back in your account. They retain your money in wallets. Customer support supervisor team was rude in tone, I was assured of refunding my amount back to account and later denied saying I was given wrong information. Call was disconnected without solving my problem.

Pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service. Never order from Ajio.
Ordered a product and required assistance. When I tried contacting customer service, found that that there
is no actual customer service for them.

They have a stupid chat bot which is useless and a customer service which provide one response "Due to high call volume, we are redirecting to an automated response system."

I had a very bad experience with Ajio

I had a very bad experience with Ajio. I had to return a defective piece for which their customer service advised me to send images of brand tag and defective product. But they never updated me about the investigation. Finally they send email saying it's resolved. Another issue with their delivery partner, they do fake delivery pickup and never come to collect their product. But they keep on sending messages that delivery person will come to pickup and they won't come and blame me saying that I am not available at home. Please stop using this website as their customer service is horrible and which lead to health issues.
