A very good supplement for energy. I used to have this in Ramadan when closing the fast. This supplement benefited me in keeping my energy levels up and boosting my immune support along with anti inflammatory anti oxidant and anti fungal properties.

Dates were not fresh and very soft in texture. Bought some Ajwa dates locally to compare and they confirmed that the ones I had received were past their best. Will not be using this company again.

These are really great dates. Fully packed and tasty. Only thing I would say delivery was a bit slow.
