Akai TV review
Akai TV and Harvey Norman review.
Purchased an Akai 50" UHD TV.
It failed within warranty period. Took it back to Harvey Norman same day, demonstrated the issue. Salesperson said the new 50" Akai was a different series and had a higher purchase price so could not simply swap it.
Options offered to either pay difference to the new 50" model or get a Harvey Norman gift card to the value of the old TV.
