Delivery driver turned up lied where he…

Delivery driver turned up lied where he was told him what entrance to use waiting 5 min for him then saw him walking around again told him which entrance to use said I'd come down and let him in he then left this is unexceptable behaviour and needs to be addressed by the company have had to rebook another slot for a delivery..spoke to customer support and they told me hes manager would ring me never got that call very unprofessional from this company

Excellent service

Excellent service. Had emails and text telling me when my product would be delivered then a phone call to tell me when they were 30 minutes away. Dimitri and Jean were so lovely and polite and professional. They delivered my new fridge freezer and took away my old one with no hassle at all. They made sure i had all the information about my new appliance. Highly recommend.

Following multiple errors in delivery…

Following multiple errors in delivery and waiting from April for a replacement tumble dryer. Today Mike Drain and Tim Hewitt arrived with a machine, smile and professional service.
This company needs to review the poor customer service and recognise these two members of staff who may have avoided us seeking legal support to manage our situation.

Schedule my washing machine delivery…

Schedule my washing machine delivery for Saturday because we are working and company timeslot that we could use was between 07.00- 20.00. So Saturday was only option even that we had to wait without washing machine for 5 days. After receiving messages that expected delivery is between 06.00 and 8.00 we were bit anxious are they meant morning or evening time. Anyway we set our alarms to wake up before 06.00 in the morning. After waiting till 9 o'clock we thought ok probably they meant the evening hours. After staying at home all day and not heard anything till 08.06pm we decided to track delivery and to our amusement it appeared that delivery was unsuccessful at 06.07am. Clearly they are company to avoid. Just to be clear they have got our phone number so there is no excuse to come to the address and not even give a call and drive away.Thanks for letting us down

Excellent service

Had an american fridge/freezer delieved by Ian Heaton and Ian Lee today. I'm so please for their outstanding service. A good team work ! Thanks guys ,you really deserve my top appreciation! 10 out of 10 👍👍👍

My new go to delivery company

What a great delivery experience , kept fully up to date, arrived as advised and the delivery guys the two Ian’s (Heaton and K ) went over and beyond to help get my product safely into the room I wanted and couldn’t have been more helpful. Guys your a credit to your firm !! 5 star treatment you can’t say more than that amazing service highly recommend 👍 all packaging removed as part of the service wow ! Definitely my go to delivery firm in future 👌

Terrible service

Terrible service - they don't even provide a like-for-like product. We had to wait over a month for a technician to come and check our oven, but due to multiple issues we requested a replacement, however they are not even giving us a like-for-like product, just a store credit which does not cover the cost of an oven. Do not waste your money. Not worth it.

Dropped off the mop at Harvey norman 28/11/2021.
No information for us. Endless calls to Product Care Claims ending in a loop
