Every body is so supportive and welling to help

After sales service is terrible. Took 2 weeks to confirm and acknowledge the item returned to them. The refund still not processed despite 25days passed so far.

On 5 March 2026, I purchased several items worth QR 846 from Al Anees. The sales representative, Hazif, sold us an Anker MagGo 10K Power Bank for QR 249.

At the time of purchase, my wife asked him to check the product, but he said the box was sealed. The seal looked like it could easily be opened and re-attached, but I trusted him and bought it.

Today, 8 March 2026, when I opened the box and tried to use the power bank, it was not working at all.

I went back to the store and spoke to the same salesperson. After checking it, he told me the item would have to be sent for warranty repair. I requested a replacement, especially since the item was defective straight out of the box and it had only been 3 days since purchase, but he refused and said it was “not their policy”.

Despite multiple requests from my wife and me, they refused to replace it.

I eventually left the defective product with them and told them they could keep it along with the money because I feel I was sold a defective item in a falsely sealed box.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend Al Anees based on this incident. Customers should be careful when buying sealed electronics from this store.

Worst Experience for me, I bought a Redmi watch 5 Active from their online Store and from beginning I sent it back cos of the battery found drain faster. They collect it after checking they said its properly functioning. But After a month the screen start Flickering. I given the watch to Al Anees Shop, They return the watch after 10 Days and say its working properly. But again after 2 days the same problem arise. I check their service receipt and found that they didn't do anything

Hi Hashim, I am writing to you to formally complaint about the way my case has been handled. I have been trying to purchase a phone -samsung Z Fold 7 since 2 days. Delivery failed twice. They keep asking me to wait . I couldn't leave to celebrate new year eve, since your delivery guy didn't reach the location twice in a row, Your team is extremely unapologetic, take zero accountability and are not even letting me speak to the sales manager to escalate the issue. If you think you would like to keep a customer, I can be reached directly.

very bad customer service

Be careful when you buy their online products. I purchased a laptop as it was not available in their store and the charger they gave is for another country plugs and sockets. It is not fitting in the plugs and sockets here. The customer service is telling me to buy another adapter and giving Full of lame excuses. Visited one of their stores. The stores does not have a comparable adapter. Told me to check other stores. Be careful of this fraud

Bought online. Got a wrong apple product and refused to refund as i opened the product.
