I am just finishing my 2nd month taking Alaya collagen, the first month I noticed my nails getting harder, haven’t noticed anything else yet but I’m still going with it, it mixes excellent in my hot coffee and doesn’t change it (maybe a bit creamier tasting with my milk); it does not blend in well at all using a cold beverage

Andrea, harder nails after just the first month is a great early sign that your body is absorbing and responding to the collagen. Skin and hair results typically take a bit longer to show, so we are glad you are sticking with it. On the cold beverage mixing, try blending it with a small amount of warm water first to dissolve, then add your cold drink. That usually does the trick. We are rooting for you and think the next couple of months will bring more noticeable changes!

Best collagen I've ever used. The one product I will never be without. Overall great results for hair, skin and nails. More importantly, my joints don't ache and my digestive issues have greatly improved. I have autoimmune issues, so that's huge in my world.

First time trying Probiotics and instantly felt the difference within 2 hours. The Creatine was my first time trying and I started with a very small amount and I realized after about 2 hours ,I was experiencing a better mood. Which I needed, and I felt a need to get on my rebounder for longer. Tried the Collagen powder capsules. I love that I didn't have to mix it with anything. That was day 1, today is day 2, I'm excited to do this again. I ordered the Krill supplement last night because we'll these have to be good. Because I experienced awesome results with only 1 day in on the other products.
