The person who came to do our quote was a lovely fella and gave us reasonable advice, some of which we didn't want to hear, but it was what we needed. The crew arrived after some good communication from Alban Moves, on time and with a great attitude of "let's get this done". As you'd expect in this situation the crew have to help you make a few little decisions about the optimal way to complete the job. They'd seen it all before and we were packed up on time and happy with the way it had all gone. We got our things back in order and they wished us well having wasted no time at all. I absolutely can recommend Alban Moves as we had zero issues with them.

The team were good at communicating, they treated our items excellently and were quick.

We used Alban moves to store items during a house renovation. Very impressed with the service from start to finish, the comms were great and the team were reliable and trustworthy. Patient and polite team members who came on move out and move in day who dealt well with awkward parking and an old property with a small windy staircase. Highly recommend.

Very helpful team who coped well with unexpected access issues and ensured even in heavy rain that we got moved in safe and dry!

Fantastic service

After checking reviews of a few removal company’s we decided on you as the company had great reviews. The movers were very polite and took great care when moving our belongings. The driver Ollie and his companions were great. We would highly recommend them.

It was a boiling hot day, we lived on a hill, 13 steps going up to the front door. Side entrance not much better. We had a fabulous team of young men who emptied our house into two lorries. Sweat dripping everywhere. Then an over two hour drive to our new home. All that unloading to do again, and even hotter.
They did not moan once, they kept up their cheerful banter all day long. Great guys, very nice company to deal with. I would highly recommend.

Arrived on the time they started. Introduced themselves on arrival. Walked the house, informed me how they would load lorry. Packed mattresses in clean and clear bags with tvs,hi-fis in boxes . They made sure everything was stored safely on lorry, strapping off every so often to keep secure. On unloading, they left boxes and furniture incorrect rooms.allowed me time to check high risk items before sining off. Would use again and recommend them .

Ollie and the team were very friendly, polite and hard working. Nothing was too much trouble even assisting when they noticed i was falling behind with my packing.I even asked them to stop cslling me Sir!! Unfortunately when i left the old house to move to the new one the traffic was horrendous and they were not put out by waiting outside my new home for 1 hour or so wondering where i was! I would not hesitate recommending this company.

5 star service from start to finish , couldn’t be more pleased with the service

Alban Removers were very helpful throughout the whole of our house move, which included the time our things were in storage. The office staff readily answered our questions and the guys who physically moved us did so very professionally.

We were worried about fitting a full-sized lorry down our street, so the company sent two smaller vehicles instead. The team had everything moved in a few hours despite it being a ridiculously hot day - great service from both the office and the movers themselves

We needed someone to move us with about 4 days notice. Very stressed because we were due to complete our sale but couldn’t find anyone to move us. Alban Moves understood the situation, acted quickly to do a quote and were all booked in. They packed everything for us. The team were efficient, friendly and considerate. Ben Charlie and Rick were friendly and efficient. They worked incredibly hard and fast and all with a smile. They took great care of every item and nothing was damaged. An all round great experience which really helped alleviate the stress of moving.

Alban Moves were helpful, efficient and professional throughout from the evaluation visit, quote, and questions to removal day and finish. This includes office staff, valuer and the van staff, Darren, Darren and Tony. All pleasant and knowledgeable. I would recommend the company to anyone who is looking for a reliable removal company.

The team arrived the day before to pack my home, bringing with them all the materials they needed - all of which barring the tape being recyclable. Everything, literally, was packed up extremely well to the point that not one single thing was broken upon unpacking.

The move itself was effortless (for me at least) - they labelled the boxes with the room location and then moved every single box and piece of furniture into the desired room at the new premises.

10/10 would use again without question.
