U-pick/We-pick experience.
This is a U-Pick/We pick farm outside Oregon City, OR. They also have a pop-up fruit stand in Beavercreek proper from time to time during the summer.
In early July 2026, I found the prices for the We-Pick fruit to beyond my comfort range but the fruit was all within the ripe range. I ultimately did not have the time to pick berries that day and purchased two half-pints of Marionberries at $7.00 apiece. There was no spoilage from overripe fruit nor any unripe fruit as is somewhat common with grocery store fruit and the fruit tasted great. The cashier was helpful.
On 8/2/26, I returned to pick peaches of the Fairhaven and SunCrest varieties. A helpful chalkboard lists the U-pick produce that is available each day and the price per pound as a flat rate for whatever you decide to pick. On the day I went, the price was $3.00 per pound for all produce. Another series of signs list the identifying markers for each specific type of produce, like blue flags for Fairhaven peaches. The attendant that day was friendly without being overly talkative and very helpful.
The farm has buckets available for customers and they are rinsed out after each use. The orchard was well maintained with very few fruit outside of my ability to reach (5' 11" for reference). As with any U-pick experience, the onus to choose correctly is on the consumer, be careful of fruit damaged by animals or insects.
I was able to pick 23 pounds of peaches in less than an hour. The weight was actually 25 lbs but they subtracted a pound for each varietal due to the buckets. While I supplied my own flats, they are available on site as well. I do not know if there is a charge or not for farm provided flats.
