Poor quality IPhone case
iPhone case purchased a couple of months ago and the material is already peeling away by the screen, making it look tatty. It is disappointingly poor quality given the high price.

Stopped replying to emails
I reached out about a wholesale order, and they were very accommodating and responsive until they disappeared and stopped replying to my emails. After originally telling us they could do our order, they disappeared from sight. This forced us to pivot our plan completely and left us missing our deadline. We still don't know why they stopped replying. One thing you can count on, though, is Alcanside spamming you with subscriber emails.

I’ve been using the Alcanside Alcantara case for my iPhone 16 Pro Max and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality. The Alcantara material feels incredibly premium in hand—soft, grippy, and much more refined than typical silicone or plastic cases. It gives the phone a luxury feel while still being practical for everyday use.
The fit is perfect and very precise around the buttons, camera, and ports. The buttons remain tactile and responsive, which isn’t always the case with thicker cases. Despite being slim, it still provides solid protection and the raised edges give good coverage for both the screen and camera.
