I placed an order with Alcanside on 28/12/2025 (order #144905).
For more than 20 days, I received no communication at all regarding the status of my order. I had to contact the company myself by email, only to be informed that the product was not actually available, despite being shown as available at the time of purchase, and that it would supposedly be back in stock on 29/01/2026.
On 04/02/2026, after following up again, I was told that my order had been “prioritized”.
As of today, 15/02/2026, I am still waiting — with no delivery, no clear update, and no concrete timeline.
This experience demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for the customer. Delays can happen, but the complete absence of proactive communication and consistent information is unacceptable.
I would not recommend this company until it proves it can handle orders and customer communication responsibly.

The products are very expensive relative to their quality. Attention to detail seems lacking: for example, I ordered two different keychain products in the same color, but the key rings themselves came in different colors.

I also ordered during the Valentine’s Day promotion, which included a free gift. However, my package arrived with an empty gift box. Customer support was only available in English and there was no apology. The missing item was eventually sent and arrived relatively quickly, but it was not the advertised wine red shown on the website. Instead, I received a grey keychain (which I already own).

Overall, I cannot recommend the products at this price point.

Update: After my review, the company offered me a €25 partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, which I appreciate. While this improves the overall experience, I still believe there is room for improvement in terms of quality control and attention to detail. Therefore, I have adjusted my rating to 3 stars.

Long time customer. I bought the AirPods Pro 2 case 2 years ago and it was fantastic in terms of fit and finish so with that in mind and since both me and my wife upgraded to AirPods 3 pro I decided to purchase 2 cases since I was happy with the last one. The orange one has a lot of issues; the stitching was not straight the upper part is not sitting straight and if you look at the case both from left and right sides you can see the difference. The burgundy one was ok but due to darker color is less maybe less visible.
The material used in AirPods cases is high quality alcantara and very premium.
Considering that in such big quantities some cases may slipped out of QC the company offered me a solution immediately for the orange case which was accepted. Excellent customer support and fast response to my issue.

Looked dirty and worn 3 hours after unboxing. Took forever - was supposed to come from Europe but came from china.

As an intensive business user of mobile phone a protection cover is mandatory. As I attend on a daily basis business meetings, I prefer a discrete and high quality phone protection cover. I discovered Alcanside some 3 years ago and can state not only the the solid protection which is key to begin with but also the very nice experience of the high quality Alcantara touch. I have a private mobile phone and a business private phone. Today, I have multiple colours from discrete grey to red wine Alcanside mobile phone protection covers. Add perfect service and good, swift communication with Alcanside to share a 99.99% satisfaction and at most pleasure. BM

Top Brand and customer service: there was a small issue with my order — nothing major — but their customer service handled everything quickly and with real care. I have never seen a brand so Professional like Alcanside!

The phone cover from Alcanside for my S24 has been excellent! It gives off a luxurious look but also really comfortable and non slippy in the hand when using the phone due to the Alcantara leather back.

Excellent MagSafe wallet with a premium Alcantara feel. The material is soft, stylish, and high-quality, and the magnetic hold is strong and reliable. Fits perfectly on the phone and feels great in everyday use.

I have an iPhone case from Alcanside, and it’s honestly one of the very few cases that still looks and feels just as elegant as using the iPhone without a case.

The look and especially the feeling in hand really stand out – it’s something my friends notice every time and often comment on when they hold my phone.

At one point, one of the buttons did get damaged, but the Alcanside support team was very friendly and helped me quickly with a solution.

Overall, a very premium product with great customer support.

Bought a magsafe case for Samsung S24 in grey. The shipping time was incredibly slow, since 25 December 2025 I just received my product, on 29 January, altough Netherlands is not so far away from Hungary. But the worst thing just followed, the case looks and feels nice, but someone at the designer desk didn't realize that the hole for charger is so small that no regular usb-c charger plug will fit in. You'd think that for such a high price it's obvious to have a free return even from door to door, but no, you have to pay for the return as well because of their silly policy and design. Anyone with Samsung S24/S25 phones, stay away from this company!
