This is accomplished by offering the lowest prices, excellent customer service and the fastest delivery times possible, without any compromise. To take care of our customers gaming needs we have gaming tables as well as event nights. As we like to say “we put the war in war-gaming” How we do this? By using real time stock management systems, if an item is shown in stock, we physically have it in the store. We work efficiently as a team, double checking to make sure there are no mistakes. We provide accurate and precise dispatch times to all customers when placing an order. And finally in the unlikely event of an unexpected change we keep customers informed and up to date at all times. We are always improving. Our stock levels will always be continually improving till we have at least one of every item in stock 24/7. Free Shipping is eligible on all orders over £50.00 within the UK, except for The Orkney Islands and The Outer Hebrides, unfortunately, Royal Mail charges for delivery to these areas are almost the same as to the EU. Yet again the trusted supplier has stepped up to support the Pokemon comunity. Their distribution has adapted several times over to prevent resellers from styfulling the market share. By restricting primarily to the local gaming communities, giving them first choice and also limiting so all get an equal chance, has allowed everyone who was suffering from the latest scalper buy outs, access to their hobby once again. Thank you for the review.
The loss of a star due to putting into place measures to allow everyone to purchase items is rather harsh especially when you consider the current scalping epidemic.
We have to allow a fair chance for all to be able to get items as there are alot of people interested in the Gundam TCG and stock isnt easy to get in decent numbers.
Hopefully this sheds some light on why rules are put into place and allows some self reflection.
