The carbon monoxide detector does not detect carbon monoxide at all, regardless of the concentration—it always displays 0 ppm.
In addition, the alarm test cannot be stopped and rings for 10 seconds, which is extremely loud and startling. I nearly had a heart attack.

My outside unit of my meteo station didn't function anymore. After email contact they send me a new one. Very good service and quick response to email.

Bought a defective product from a web-shop. Alecto stepped in and sent a replacement without fuss.

After the table stand of my Alecto weather station broke through some clumsiness on my part, I sent them an email asking them to send me a new one. Not long after, I got the standard sent to my home and I didn't have to pay any costs for it! Great service!

Twice my weather station broke down and was replaced without any trouble by Alecto. Good and prompt service.

The little cap of the battery holder of my weather station was broken. After a while I figured I could get a replacement part, actually without much hope, I guessed Alecto was a low quality company from Asia. To my surprise I found an excellent servicepage and asked if the part was available. Same day I received a response that it was and irt was going to be sent next day and ... at no charge. I was flabbergasted, even more when it arrived next day and I could install my station again. Great service from a Dutch company! Thx.

My product was repaired very quick and without any costs.

Ws-5500 was missing data. After contacting helpdesk a new unit was sent to us at no extra cost

Fast response to my question/problem. Solution that was offered was more than adequate and implemented at short notice, even in the days between Christmas and Silvester.

The service was quick, complete and friendly.
After a part of my device didn`t work anymore I contacted the service department. They sent me a new device for free. In a few days everything was settled and my device is working again. Fantastic!

My Alecto WS5500 weather station suddenly failed to connect with the outdoor sender unit while the warranty period had already lapsed for some time. I approached Alecto and got in touch with Sander. He invited me to come over to the service center in Den Bosch so they could test the units. Several minutes later I stepped out of the shop with a smile on my face as he and his colleagues were able to offer a fix for the problem.
Extraordinary service by friendly and engaged staff! Next time I will certainly go again for an Alecto product as they deserve the business.

Lost a part that could not be ordered online. I sent an e-mail asking what to do. Next day I received an answer telling me what to do and - again - next day it was send to me. Excellent and friendly service!
