Good customer service after a problem
After battling with a website which I thought was not fit for purpose I managed to place an order. A week later when I was about to contact them to ask where my delivery was I received an email to say that the items were out of stock and should not have been displayed on the website - which was possibly why I had so much trouble placing the order in the first place. However, I was less than impressed.
I have upgraded my original poor review above after the prompt and courteous response from customer services by email and phone. I was clearly unlucky with my order and the fact that I struggled with placing the order was probably due to the stock error for the item I wished to purchase.
