i am completely disappointed with my order. the package was delivered to someone else … i tried to contact the company no response. then i have to find it and it took me a while. the colour is different from what expected and now i am struggling to return the product.

I’d give this service no stars if I could. Incorrect order sent back in April. Still waiting for a refund. Pointless email trail of claims of escalating my complaint. Excuse seems to be courier hasn’t collected my order. I’ve checked at the drop off and my parcel has been sent back to Alexandra’s. They claim still not to have it and I still wait for a refund.

Its okay but would not buy again.
Its lightweight so nice to wear in hot weather. Quality of stitching poor in places which is a worry when its a garment that is washed frequently. It also does not iron well despite following the manufacturers instructions. They sent the wrong size I ordered a 56" & got sent a 55" with no explanation or apology.

The quality fabric was really bad so I had to return the tunic that I ordered and I am still waiting for my money return. Mention that in my experience I noticed the tag was not the same as the uniform that I receive from my Trust, I only ordered one because I needed a size down so I did the order from the same website hoping to get same quality but very disappointed
