If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I ordered a pair of pants online from Alexia & Co on 11/23/17. It wasn’t shipped until 12/2/17. I finally received it 12/16/17. The pants that I received were not even close to what was advertised online. They are very poor quality, two sizes too small and quite frankly, look cheap. I am extremely disappointed after waiting almost a month to receive them. I reached out to their Customer Service and my old option for return is to send them back to China and hope that they deem them acceptable for reimbursement. They refuse to pay for my return shipping. I will never purchase items from Alexia & Co again and I warn others from doing the same. Their product is not as advertised. It is very poor quality.

False advertising. Ordered pants that look nothing like the picture. Shiny spandex horrible quality not the soft brushed jean look that was pictured. Horrible customer service cannot return. Very disappointed. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

My leggings arrived and the quality was horrible. The hem was unfinished on one pant leg and coming undone on the other. I didn't even open the packaging for the second pair because the first pair was so bad. When I brought it up to the company, they said I would have to pay for shipping back to China, which when I brought it into the post office, would have costed as much as what I paid for the leggings in the first place. It's a scam. Do not buy!

Awful products awful customer service order three make up cleaners for presents and I am embarrassed to give them as presents . Reviews on there web site have to be fake ! Don’t go near this company !

DO NOT buy the fleece lined leggings from this company - and be wary of sizing on their product pages. I purchased fleece lined leggings that were "one size fits all: (US 6-14) after seeing gushing reviews on their page. I am not near the tail end of that sizing and yet the leggings did not fit me. When I reached out to the company asking to return and receive a refund, they quoted a strict policy and said they were unable to give me anything. I hope my review can help others save some of their hard-earned money/spend it somewhere better; I will not be making the same mistake again.

I would rate it a 0 if I could. Awful. Do not buy!!!!!! Definitely not what is advertised. Poor quality.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I bought an electric make up brush cleaner (which was rather expensive) when I used it, it stopped spinning when in contact with water and regularly would stop working even though I had new batteries put into it.

The have said in emails that I am borne to pay for the item to be sent back (costing me £12.50) where they can then review the item and see if I am eligible for a refund (on the product only!!), even though I sent them footage of the product not working.

Complete waste of my time and money!!

Their merchandise is garbage. Not functional clothing, very poorly made, and absolutely NOT what they advertised online. I ordered two of the pleated pants thinking they were denim material, but they are not even close.... stretchy plasticky itchy material that is not wearable. I contacted them and they allow a full refund if I ship back to an address that they provide, and I HAVE to provide a tracking number to get my full refund. Apparently it costs $70-90 to ship overseas with a tracking number. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

Do not waste your time or money. I ordered the pleaded leggings that are advertised on instagram. NOT at all what they look like- they are cheap, thin plastic material. Not even close to jean material like the picture looks. Took over a month to arrive. Terrible purchase, after reading other reviews I'm not even going to try to do a return.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME! The products do not work and are not as advertised. I received a makeup "Electric" brush cleaner that has no way of being electric and does not work. I contacted their customer service and they basically said they cannot help me. The product came in a destroyed box and took months to arrive. It is a cheap product and a complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY from this company!

Finally received the LED mirror after weeks of waiting. Waste of USD $36! Looks something that only worth the most USD $5. Very cheap quality.The lights are only on the left and right sides instead of all around the mirror and the mirror is much smaller than the one you see in the video. It's nothing like the video. This is a scam!

Leggings are extremely poor quality - thought I was getting high-quality pants for yoga but I can't even wear them. Waist band is loose, way too much room in the front, and stitching is atrocious. This company is just scamming people - stay away.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a scam. I ordered some leggings for $40 thinking they were coming from a U.S company and they arrived from China with no tags and looked completely different to the photograph. Cheap thin, shiny, nasty material and totally different colour.
Impossible to get a response from the company so currently trying to apply for a refund via paypal.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars!!! The eye lases are SO small there is no way they would fit any ones eye lid from side to side. $25 total and a complete RIP OFF! At first the company asked what the problem was, like they were going to help and I sent pics and a message and haven't heard from them since! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BOGUS Company!!!!!

The pants I ordered and paid $40 for were cheaply made, and such poor quality that the waistband doesn't even keep them from sliding down. I've seen better quality at H&M or Primark for 1/4 this price. This company is a scam.

Wish I could rate negatively! The product (leggings, which looked super cute in pictures) was awful. Cheap, took forever to come from China, didn't look anything like the pictures, scratchy material, odd fit. What a scam! Next time I'll do my research.

They sneak in a bunch of random charges after the transaction is processed, and you don't know about it until you check your credit card statements. SCAM
