Don't buy it. the quality is bad. they say they're silver but it's not true. the box arrived after 1 month and they weren't just like the photo

Don’t buy it, you will regret it!!
This is a big scam and completely unprofessional behavior from the team. This is not the same Aleyole brand, there is no quality, no branding on the packaging or anything that even slightly resembles to and giving customer satisfaction of previous Aleyole. Please do not fall for this scam. You pay 40e for a miniature bracelet which arrives from China in a cartoon pack without any branding but looks like something ordered from China (or even flea market). Then, they don’t respond to your emails when asking about return (on website there is a return policy but you cannot do anything without the return label and they won’t respond or provide it). They also delete negative comments, instead of addressing them accordingly and try to improve something.

Placed an order over a month ago and have received no news since. I have tried contacting the company many times via email and Instragram but they are just ghosting me. Completely unprofessional.

I ordered jewellery from the official website 3 weeks ago. They never shipped my order. I tried to contact them several times, their email isnt working and they dont reply on ig. I got my money back thanks to paypal.

After my order I immediately complained about 1 faulthy earring. They told me to gently try to move the stick to close my earring but suddenly.. Several months later as I expected the earring cracked.. They promised me to resend me a new earring, now months later still nothing in my mailbox. I am not complaining about the quality but about the service. I understand it is possible once in a while there is a faulthy earring that slips trough the test but it is just how they handled my complaint... Now of the set of 2 I only have 1 earring so I can't wear them anymore.

I’m sad their website is not available now. I checked it multiple times & it says “we’ll be back soon”. 😢 This has been the best gold-plated brand I’ve tried. Beautiful designs & amazing quality! The gold never changed even with water & perfumes. It’s even better in quality than more famous international brands making similar products. I hope they come back soon 🙏🏻.

I love the designs and the packaging. My order arrived fast. The jewelry itself I'm less excited about. The discolouration on the rings started almost immediately and the gems, which were plastic, also fell out shortly. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering again..

Ordered some earrings as a Christmas present. They arrived faulty, I immediately emailed the company who unhelpfully told me that I just needed to wiggle the earring around and they would work - of course this didn’t work and we went back and fourth and are still emailing to this day. They say they’ll send me a replacement and then weeks for by and there’s nothing to be seen. It’s now March so nearly 4 months later. Don’t bother with this company.

Firstly, the shipping times do not lie, your package will take 2 weeks to arrive, this isn't a complaint but an observation. Secondly, I wasn't aware that the earrings only come as one, as in I ordered huggie hoops expecting a pair and only got one singular hoop.I was aware of this for studs for example but just be aware of this for earrings. Jewellery quality, I wouldn't say is quite worth the price, but the jewelry I received I do quite like!

watch out with returns and pressure them or they will cheat you of your money.
returned a product as I did not look it. 4 months later no refund received. contacted them and after the first email they've gosted me and stopped replying.
I now have to go through the paypal refund hassle.. so annoying.

Poor quality aside, even returning the items has been a nightmare. They've been stuck with DHL for a month, because when Aleyole organised the return they attached a wrong invoice, and after that they've been ignoring DHL's requests to contact them. I'm afraid they might sent the items back to me and then I won't even get any refund...

The jewellery are VERY expensive for their quality, the plating is easily scratched, and the metal just looks cheap. The product was supposed to be delivered in 4-6 days for international delivery, but it takes 2 weeks to be delivered. Very disappointing with such delay and especially the product quality.

I bought ALEYOLÉ's jewelry with Premium Shipment for an additional +10,95euros on 19/10 before 13:00 (1pm) and on the 25/10 the order is still "in transit" from Girona.

I needed to have the delivery by the 21st so I contected the Customer Support team, which assured me that the maximum delay could be 24h (plus weekend).

It's now 4 working days that the order is not arrived.
Luckly, I ordered another present on the same day by PDPaola which arrived perfectly with DHL in less than 24h (both form Spain to Italy).

I will NEVER use ALEYOLÉ again. You should neither. Choose PDPaola instead, the service is on another standard.

Please do not trust this company. As you will see through several reviews, they don't deliver the packages and don't provide refunds.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They sent the package to the wrong address and simply didn't care about it. They reply (only in spanish) days after and without any solution. As per today, they took 100€ from me and never delivered the package. They didn't provide a refund either.

They charge you premium price for a poor quality product.
My partner purchased an earing set that was around £150. The earing are beautiful, don't get me wrong. But within no time they're discolored and you cannot regain their original state.
Customers Service were unhelpful in resolving the issue.

I am very disapointed with the product I have received and the service of aleyole. The product was damaged when I received it, I want to return it but I must pay for that. It is shocking to have to pay for a mistake the brand has made.

So disappointed. Did NOT receive my parcel and now it has been weeks of Aleyole trying to contact the carrier. I have not heard anything for a long time. At this point I just want my money back and forget the earrings. So disappointing bevares I shopped with them before with no problems…
