Very good experience!

Very good experience! The treatment of the whole team is great, all very nice.
A few weeks ago I bought a pair of earrings that they only sell the pair (not per unit), after a few days I lost one and they sell me a single one so I can enjoy the earrings again.

The quality is very good. I have been wearing a bracelet for months that I do not take it off at all and it is impeccable.

Undoubtedly a 10 experience.

Black Friday

I’ve asked the brand through Instagram if they could tell me the date for the Black Friday and they were super nice! Very very kind! I will surely buy from them, as I’ve already done and I found myself with a high quality jewelry!

Mostly good, some items didn't work out

My experience is mostly good. The products are beautiful, there is lots of choice, the prices are fair and the packaging is very nice. I have a pair of large bali hoops and a white chroma gold ring, which are some of my favourite pieces of jewellery. I wear them all the time without issue.

However, my mini bali hoops and jolie studs sadly lost their plating within weeks of receiving them. I give all my jewellery the same care and keep them away from water/substances so I do not understand why some pieces are fine whilst others tarnish. I am also unable to wear the mini parfait earrings as the design is very awkward and one does not close properly. Unfortunately by the time I figured out how to open them I missed the 30 day return window so I cannot get a refund through my own fault but wish I did as I am very unhappy with them.

That being said, overall most of the products are good, there are just a few that did not work out for me. I would recommend Aleyole, but perhaps avoid the products mentioned that I did not have a good experience with.

Order experience

The ring which I ordered for my daughter’s birthday arrived damaged two days before her birthday. The team quickly sent out a replacement which arrived on the day. Fantastic customer service and the earrings and ring I bought are so pretty and beautifully packaged. Many thanks for your help.

Amazing work

The aleyole stuff helped me with my return and sent the new items in the different sizes very quickly. The communication was perfect. They help you with every concern you have. The jewellery is so beautiful I'm very happy with every piece I bought. Won't be the last time ordering from aleyole :)

Amazing service

My items weren’t the right size so I returned some of them and ordered different items. I was able to be refunded the difference in price. This service was amazing to sort out my complicated order even with the language barrier!

I’ve had a bad experience

I’ve had a bad experience. I got faulty items, and wanted a refund in money for all of the items but one item. I wanted one item to be exchanged for a new one. They accepted my request through their return-platform. Last week I got a package from them, and it turned out that they had exchanged the whole order and didnt refund my money. So they did the opposite of what i asked for and what they Said they would do.

I also emailed them. And Every time they answer with same phrases even though its not relevant for the question ”.. We recommend using a little more force than you might expect at first. After you open and close it a few times it tends to loosen up...”. And end up not answering my email at all.

I have had to repeat my email over and over again. Now I got an answer that they Will refund me for the items But not the shipping costs. Even though they were the one who first sent me faulty items and then sent me items i did not want. So now i have to pay for their misstake. They also have an annoying routine for returning your items; you have to be at home during working hours to meet up with the Courier who can show up whenever.

Update:
After some emails and this review the customer services concluded that they had lost some data and had therefore misunderstood the situation. They then apologiezed and Said they Will refund me for both items and shipping costs.

Beautifull earrings

Would definetely order again!

Customer care

Unfortunately there was a problem with dpd and my package did not even arrive in The Netherlands. After an email to the customer service the problem was solved quickly and with much care. When the package was delivered back to aleyole they send it again with dhl. The customer care was very personal and problem solving. Thanks!
