Quality products but longer waiting time for delivery :-(

an honest review-

This is the worst place to buy furniture. I bought a bambi bed from there chingford branch in July. I am attaching pictures on day one. They sold me a new bed but then sent me a used or display bed. After countless messages and phone call. I decided to go to there store in chingford. The person named kazin there told me to wait and he will get it sorted. Fast forward to September, the bed did not came and side tables came in wrong color. So they told me to visit alfemo branch, there I faced almost threatening behaviour from young boy. Then a lady Ayat took charge over phone and told me she will get the bed, side tables and mattress sorted. I waited patiently till January and got an update that sidetables have again came in wrong color, so she will get a new bed and side table delivered. On delivery day only mattress turned up and rest still did not come. I have now lost hope in this company. Please don’t shop from here. If you want good Turkish furniture I have shopped from Efsane and Atmacha both are good.

Avoid alfemo / bambi. I will ensure I post this on all social playforms so no one’s else gets conned. 👎

Bought my sofa bed with them 5 years ago Green lane branch. Still in good condition.
